Hello. I am suffering from exercise induced intolerance symptoms where I get constipated for few days after any mild exercise, get severe headaches, feel depressed. Eventually I feel anxious starting any exercise. Have had a history of ibs and cfs which has been significantly fixed by naturopathy diet. postgraduate in internal medicine (Ayurveda) from RGUHS, Bangalore.
After that , I worked at PLRD Multispecialty Hospital, Bulandshahr as
deputy medical superintendent cum consultant . I worked at VYDSAM,
Khurja as Assistant professor, as associate professor and professor in
department of medicine (Kayachikitsa). My areas of special interest
are Ayurveda medicine, emergency medicine, clinical psychology,
geriatrics and skin disease. Presently I am serving as Senior Ayurveda
Consultant cum Medical Superintendent at GSAMC&H, Pilkhuwa, Hapur. My
research has won awards at several regional conferences, and I have
had the privilege of being an invited speaker at an international
congress.
I am practising and following Ayurveda for more than 10 years. I am
