Aloe vera is good for healing scars, it lightens skin pigmentation to reduce the appearance of scars. Use pure aloe vera gel on the affected area and let it soak into your skin at night. You can also mix it with few drops of vitamin e oil for better results.

Fiber comes in two general categories. The first is called insoluble fiber, which simply means that water can't dissolve it. These are typically the bulk fiber foods (your grandparents probably called them roughage ) that act as street sweepers in our digestive systems, ensuring that we stay healthy and regular. The other type of fiber is soluble fiber. It actually dissolves and absorbs into our organs and bloodstream. It can also help your digestion and regularity a little, but more importantly, soluble fiber contributes to regulating blood sugar (important for preventing or dealing with diabetes) and reducing the harmful cholesterols that can lead to heart disease.

Besides the way that high fiber foods help to prevent some very serious health conditions and make your skin shine, there's one other benefit to paying attention to our list. High fiber foods can help you lose weight and keep weight off once you hit a target.

Im 24 years old and im not able to sleep since last few days. And having a severe headache what should I do? Please help me to get rid of this.

Well before going for medications go for simple measures in your routine life. Putt two two drops of cows ghee in each nostril at morning and badam rogan at bed time. Don't sleep or rest much during day time. Have a walk after dinner. Have medication atleast for 15 min a day. And most imp don't bother. It's normal and be only because of season.

Hello sir/mam. My brother just shared me that he has got hemorrhoids and its been a year he that is differing. He can't even share to my family members as he felt ashamed. And at the same time he don't want go and visit the doctor and to get surgery at the same time. So please suggest some medicines that can cure his hemorrhoids as soon as possible. Thank you.

Well I will tell you simple measures only on basis of what you told. And advise you to take him for examinations to confirm diagnosis. First prevent constipation. Drink plenty of water. Have isbgol husk in warm water or milk at bed time take hot water sitz bath in a tub after putting 2 or 3 drops of dettol atleast twice daily. And if you have mild constipation take abhyarista from ayurvedic store 20 ml in equal water after meals twice daily.

I have asthma and because of this I can not breathe properly so please suggest me ways to prevent it.

Beside your prescribed medicines following simple measures can help I to prevent your asthma to get worsen. Avoid to go to a dusty. Polluted area. Prevent mouth breathing and talking in polluted area have steam at bed time. Ajwain is a very good bronchodilator. So it's steam is very much usefull for u. You can also add pure haldi in it along with holybasil (tulsil) leaves. Massage with seasame oil (til tail) over your chest and back. The area of lungs and then take steam. Avoid oily items. Junk food and packed items.

Hello I'm suffering from cold and sinus problem what is the precautions to avoid cold.

Steam inhalation with ajwain +haldi +tulsi leaves. Put two drops of cows ghee in each nostril at morning. Avoid mouth breathing. Pranayam is most usefull including anulom vilom and bhramri.

Health Benefits of Cows Ghee

Putting two drops of cow's ghee (pure. Prefer dessi gae ka ghee) in each nostril at morning is extremely beneficial. Make it a habit. It prevents premature graying of hairs, Migraine, Hairfall. Sinusitis etc and definitely increases IQ.

I have a problem that when I operate a computer I will get a severe pain on my left side of the neck. It happens only if I use a computer.

Some times regular use of computer causes a group of problems called computer eye syndrome. Make sure don't use in dim light. Adjust the brightness of your computer well. Have the proper distace between eyes and computer atleast 30 cm. Correct your posture.

Only best treatment for this is correction of your dietry habbits and lifestyle. Avoid forward bending. Sitting and sleeping after meals. Avoid spicy meals. Drink 2 to 3 ltr of water daily. Take amla once daily.

Cramps means difficiency of electrolytes. Have proper salt intake. Drink plenty of water. Go for hot fomentaion of your limbs take balanced diet. Add milk. Green veg. You can also take ors and if pain is excessive take tab tromanil -mr (twice a day) when required for instant relief.

Stop mouth breathing stop eating sour and spicy items have vocal rest as much possible have steam inhalation at bed time by adding tulsi leaves 2 or 3 and haldi to it take tab septilline two tablets twice a day for 15 days. It will increase your immunity as well also relive you from cough and sore throat.

Keep water in a copper utensil at bedtime. Wake up early in the morning and then drink that water. And slowly notice the changes yourself.
