Irregular periods and always some small amount of liquid come out from her important parts, right now she had tablet for infection on her important part as per doctor advice, I ask one question she feel very tired now, whether it is related to that, and I need clear information on infection on her important parts, I need reason for that, and treatment.

My friend has normal periods every month she had a protected sex. She had her last period on 10th of october and finished on 16 and had intercourse which was protected on 16th and had taken 72 hours pill with in 24 hours and again had sex on 25 oct and protected sex and pill again after having it and she started to hav brown blood spotting kind of blood on 4th of november as she expected her period on that date but she is not bleeding like how every period she gets its like spotting n sometime little more. 5. Pace yourself.

The pomodoro technique even encourages this kind of behavior by breaking tasks into “pomodoros,” intense 25 minute work bursts, followed by five-minute breaks.
Named because they can be measured using little tomato-shaped kitchen timers (pomodoro is italian for tomato), this method lets people work intensely and stave off distraction, yet rewards them with time to goof off, as well. If you don’t have a tomato timer handy, there are a lot of apps online to keep track of your sessions. But francesco cirillo, the technique’s founder, recommends using the real deal.
