India is diabetic capital in the world. It is no more hereditary and anybody can gat it if one is not making conscious efforts.

Reduce the risk of diabetes by not burdening your pancreas and improving your blood sugar control by taking more fibre.
Lower the risk of heart disease
Promote weight loss by taking more protein, less carbs, less fats, and helping you feel full by fibre rich foods.
Foods high in fiber include sprouts, fruits & vegetables with skin, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
Basically whenever you eat chocolate or sweet (for food cravings or sweet tooth people), just make sure you eat a cucumber also, so that fibre in cucumber or any raw veg will bind the excess sugar & fat from the diet thus will not allow your blood sugar to rise.

The people with diabetes also can apply this tip to control their blood sugar.

Hi Theoretically, precum can cause pregnancy but chances are very slim. It becomes a too long journey to survive for sperm from precum to finger to vagina. Sit back & relax

You will suffer 'Dhatuksheenta' in the long run. With this various infections, immunity loss and crashed virility will be experienced. I am 23 years old. I met ENT doctor for my ear which had puss draining from it for every 2 days and he said there is a hole in the ear drum and he said surgery is the only option to cure it. He gave me ear drops, using this made all the liquid drain out from my ear. My doubt is am able to hear properly and I also read that for eardrum rupture surgery is the last option. Should I go for surgery or any other remedy is available?

You need a surgery for hole in eardrum with recurrent infection. You can confirm your hearing level with help of a test called audiometry. You are young person you should not carry on such problem for prolonged period. In rare types of ear drum hole a nonsurgical procedure called chemical cautery can be tried but if it works for you that has to be decided by your ent surgeon. Success rate of such procedure is around 50% so the best option is surgery only.

Tea and coffee less. 4.no unnecessary medicine for other disease. 5.less fluid at bed time 6.Pass urine in sitting position 7. Daily walk for 30 mts 8. Here are some health advises to keep your body healthy and away from heart diseases.
