1.clean bed sore with preboiled cotton swab 2. Apply t bact ointment over bed sore. 3. Apply metrogyl p ointment 2% arround bed sore. 4. Keep on changing postuer.

Change in colour is due to drug for low haemoglobin and beetroot. Adv stool test - occult blood test in urine.
