My Diet Program starts with a 30 - 40 minute long discussion with the client to understand lifestyle, routine, eating habits and medical history of the client. Post the discussion of the questionnaire / our meeting, we generally take 2-3 days to prepare first week's diet plan. During this period the case is discussed in detail with our panel of Doctors. Personalized Weekly Diet Plans: Details collected during our meeting / telephonic conversation (questionnaire) are used to analyze your body constitution, composition, lifestyle, food liking and nutrient requirements. All these inputs help in preparation of personalized Diet plans. Based on individual's body's reaction to weekly plans - we will continuously change the diet in a manner to ensure sustainable and healthy weight loss. Monitoring: Once you are on dietary schedule, we will monitor your weight and body statistics (via call/ sms once a week) to keep a record. During the period when one is on diet he/ she can call us as many times to understand any diet related changes or suggestions. This ensures higher compliance and better results for our clients.

Mrs Niti Munjal is one of the founding members of RxOcean.com. She has done her post graduation diploma in dietetics and nutrition from Mysore University and fellowship in applied nutrition from Apollo Hospitals followed by Diabetes Educator Certification from IADE & DMDEA (Indian Association of Diabetes Educators & Dr Mohan Diabetes Education Academy). Niti has spent last 8 years helping people improve their health and fitness by choosing right food both in quantity and quality. Leading a team of nutritionists, she along with associated doctors counsels people on how to lose weight, gain weight and live healthy. Along with managing operations of RxOcean.com, in the past she has been associated with organizations like DSM (Dutch Nutraceuticals Company) as a nutritionist helping implement health program for employees. Her role involved coaching employees on how to stay fit and healthy along with ensuring that existing vendor provides nutritious and hygienic food to the employees. She has also been associated with corporates like Terumo India, NIIT, EVOK, Bhartiya International, Dr.Lal Path Labs, and schools like DPS, Mothers Pride, Salwan Public School and Kidzee in NCR to lecture on health topics related to women health and general healthy living. Her association with food catering organizations like 'Blue Broccoli & Olives' helping provide calorie counted meals to their customers as well as other caterers like 'The Spice Route' and 'Eat Well Humesha' has been another innovative initiative towards healthy living. Niti has been empanelled with Dr.Lal Path Labs, Nationwide Chain of Clinics & Enhanced Clinics as a Dietician and Diabetes Educator and works with their patients in Gurgaon & Delhi to devise Diets for weight loss and overall Diabetes Management. She features in leading dailies and reputed health magazines and writes health blogs / articles and also answers diet queries on Radio Indigo (FM 91.9 in Bangalore). Based out of Gurgaon, she travels extensively to Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Delhi and Bangalore to cater to her clientele.
