You need to check if the water at your place is hard. Hard water too causes hair fall. Take good adequate sleep with high protein diet. Never ever miss your breakfast. You may consult homoeopathic doctor for the same.

How To Get Instant And Harder Erections Naturally?

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
How To Get Instant And Harder Erections Naturally?

Do you get weak or soft erections?

If so, you are not alone. ED is immensely common among men. Weak or soft erections can make it almost impossible for you to have great sex with your woman. Erectile dysfunction can stem from a lot of factors and issues that can be broadly divided into physical and psychological factors.

However, it is possible to get a rock solid erection even without using pills like Viagra and Cialis. The problem with such drugs is that they can have a lot of side effects. They are not suitable for all men and should not be taken without consulting a doctor.

Listed below are some simple ways to boost your sexual potency so that you can enjoy instant and harder erections:

1. Workout Regularly

First and foremost, begin working out regularly so that a good amount of blood flows throughout your body. Good blood circulation is the key to getting a rock solid erection as well as a robust libido. Lack of exercise tends to slow down blood flow in your body. Not just this, plaque built up within the arteries affects both your heart and penis condition.

Anything that affects your heart affects your penis too. There's a deep connection between your heart condition and penis health. Moreover, excess fat built up lowers testosterone levels in your body by converting it into estrogen.

Begin your day with a gym workout. Strength training is the best ways to boost both blood flow and testosterone in your body. Join a gym and try to frequent it for at least 4-5 days a week. Trust me, within a few days you would be able to notice a big difference in your erection hardness.

2. Just Relax

A lot of men suffer ED because of psychological reasons such as stress and anxiety. Performance anxiety is more common among younger men and it can make them a complete failure and a single failure can put you under a lot of stress that can make things worse.

So, if you have failed to perform once, just relax and it's quite possible that you won't have a problem performing the next time. Try some relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation to help get better control over your nerves. Yoga, in particular, can help boost blood flow as well as help you develop better breath control which comes in handy when trying to last longer during intercourse.

3. Try Nitric Oxide Boosting Foods

Nitric oxide acts as a catalyst and helps boost blood flow to the penis by dilating blood vessels. Nitric oxide secretion in your body declines with age resulting in erectile disorder. There are some foods that can help boost the production of this sex chemical. Some of such foods include the following:

  1. Dark cocoa
  2. Pomegranates
  3. Watermelon
  4. Spinach
  5. Oranges
  6. Beets etc.

Pomegranate juice is a great libido booster and erection enhancer. Try to have a glass of this juice with your breakfast and see what it can do for your erections, within a few days.

4. Try Natural Male Enhancement Pills

Last, but not the least, you can try natural or herbal male enhancement pills. Such pills are your safest bet when trying to get over ED. However, you need to select the right one since the choice is overwhelming. Pills that contains powerful and potent herbs and other natural ingredients like Bioperine ensure faster and better results.

Such pills can boost your sex drive and help you get instant and rock solid erections, They can also boost your staying power with time. However, such pills are not magical cures. They build your body's reserves slowly and safely. Thus, you must have them for at least 6-12 months to get the best results.

Hello, fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently.

All natural weight increased in 9 months of pregnancy does not come down stat takes 6-12 months If diet /exercise and breast feed taken care of, but never mind .do not skip diet take cut out sugar, carbs, and extra fats — vegetables/fiber fruits are great. Keep your self high on veggies, beans, fish and fruit. Use some supplement like with some pure HYDROXYCITRIC ACID components melts deposited fat and does not allow more to deposit.

Ovulation Induction

DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Ovulation Induction

Ovulation induction

It suits women who are producing low levels of hormones for ovulation, or who are not ovulating at all. These females are given medication (as tablets or through injections) to stimulate there hormones.
How does Ovulation Induction work?

First, we’ll confirm your ovulation cycle by:

  • Taking blood samples to measure hormone levels at specific stages of the cycle,
  • Carrying out a transvaginal ultrasound to see the development of follicles in the ovaries, and the thickness and appearance of the lining of the womb.

The Ovulation Induction cycle

Day 1: (of your menstrual cycle) Call the clinic to arrange an appointment for a blood test.

Day 2-4: Start taking medication.

Day 10 or 11: Visit the clinic for a blood test to determine your hormone level. /an ultrasound.

Day 14: (approximate) Attend the clinic for an ultrasound test.  This will determine if you are about to ovulate.
For women who don’t have a normal menstrual cycle, it may take some time to ovulate. In fact, it is not unusual for ovulation to occur much later in their cycle (after Day 14). You would then need to continue attending the clinic until you ovulate.

There are various treatments to treat ovulation disorders.

These medications may cause multiple follicle development, with the risk of multiple pregnancy. For this reason you need to undergo regular ultrasounds to determine the number and rate of growth of these follicles. If more than one follicle develops, your fertility specialist will discuss the risks of multifollicular ovulation.

After the follicle has developed we may use another injection of synthetic human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to trigger the release of the egg from the follicle. The fertile time is for 36 hours from the time of trigger.

Dear Lybrate User, One of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as DIABETES MELLITUS. Once a patient is diagnosed with Diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. However, the patient does not need to take medicine unless his/her Post. Prandial Blood Sugar level reaches 200. If Post. Prandial Blood Sugar level reaches 200 then patient should take the following Homoeopathic medications:- 1)Homeopathic URANIUM NIT 3X TABLETS (R.S. BHARGAVA company). Take one tablet thrice daily, in empty stomach 2) 30 drops of Homeopathic Mother Tincture GYMNEMA SYLVESTRA Q, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water Along with intake of medicines the patient need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. In order to decrease the intake of carbohydrate in diet the patient should avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc
