I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi lybrate-user vegetarian diet tips for muscle gain rotis: rotis are one of the best food's for bodybuilding. Rotis are made from wholegrains that are complex carbohydrates and supply us with energy and fibre. Some households mix different wholegrains to get the benefits of calcium and other minerals. Potatoes: potatoes that are prepared with less oil or baked provide us with carbohydrates without the unnecessary calories. Potatoes also contain potassium, which prevents muscle cramps. Brown rice: it is a rich source of complex carbohydrates that energises us during weight training. Brown rice also contains iron, calcium and fibre that are necessary for building bones and cell growth. Bananas: this fruit is not fattening and the best vegetarian'snack' for building muscles. Bananas are also a rich source of potassium, which is good for sore muscles. Paneer: is a great post workout snack. So consume paneer as this will help in the recovery of muscles and promote muscle growth. Paneer also contains calcium and vitamin a. Calcium also helps to strengthen the bones, which are essential for bodybuilding. Milk: drink a tall glass of milk after your workout. It is a good source of protein, calcium and vitamin d. Milk also improves digestive problems and strengthens the bones. Cheese: fermented milk is far richer in vitamins and minerals. Cheese in general contains calcium, potassium, vitamin a and b and manganese, making it a perfect post workout snack. But cheese also contains sodium, which is unhealthy in large portions. Yoghurt: it is similar to cheese, but the nutrition value is different. Yoghurt is rich in protein, potassium, vitamin b and calcium and contains less sodium compared to cheese. Pulses: dal, chickpeas, soybeans, pigeon pea, moong and masoor are good sources of protein. These pulses are also easily available in the indian kitchen and are quick to prepare. Consume pulses as a post workout snack for muscle building. Muscle building with fats nuts: walnuts, cashews, peanuts, almonds and pistachios, are also good for muscle building. They also contain carbohydrates, protein and fibre in varying amounts. Coconut oil: this oil helps burn fats, so it is a great oil to cook with. Olive oil: it is monounsaturated oil that lowers bad cholesterol or ldl. Muscle building with protein beans: there are several types of beans and they roughly provide carbohydrates, proteins, potassium, fibre, calcium, vitamin b and manganese. Tofu: tofu is a by-product of soybean and it has high levels of calcium and iron. But this muscle building ingredient also contains potassium, protein and manganese. Broccoli and spinach: this vegetable is a superfoods with several health benefits. It contains protein, calcium, vitamin c and vitamin b.

People who eat fruit and #vegetables as part of their daily diet have a reduced risk of many chronic diseases. Usda's my plate encourages making half your plate fruits and vegetables.

Vegetables are an important part of healthy eating and provide a source of many #nutrients, including potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins a, e and c. Options like #broccoli, spinach, #tomatoes and #garlic provide additional benefits, making them a superfood!

Potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Dietary fiber from vegetables helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease.

Folate (folic acid) helps the body form healthy red blood cells. Women of childbearing age who may become pregnant and those in the first trimester of pregnancy need adequate folate to reduce the risk of neural tube defects and spina bifida during fetal development.

She is suffering from stones. Multiple stones in both left and right kidneys.continuous pain is there in the back region. And she is underweight. The weight does not increase at all. Hi lybrate user, as per the information provided by you, you are suffering from renal calculie ie; kidney stone. If it is 2-3 mm in size it will easily removed with the help of lots of fluid & some dietary changes. - take lots of fluid like water, soup, juice, coconut water etc. - try to take 3-4 litre of water in a day. -in maximum cases stones are made up of ca oxalate. So avoid oxalate rich food like: tomato, spinach, brinjal, blach tea/ coffee & other foods rich in seeds. - if you are underweight try to take small & frequent meal. Take 3 major meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) & 3-4 small meal/ snacks. - do regular walk/ exercise for 10-15 minutes. - if your stone pain is very severe / large in size, consult with the doctor.

Dear lubrateuser, - Your appetite may reduce during summers as compared to winters - take more of fluids like juices, butter milk, Aam Panna, lemon water with honey - consume light foods like fruits, salads, sprouts, vegetables - avoid fried, spicy & jink foods - have plenty of water - do regular exercises.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise.

Inhaling oxygen twice a week without doctor's advice should not be done. Oxygen inhalation is required if some body is suffering from asthma or copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Consult doctor for further advice.

hi raja, * avoid fatty, fried ,juzk food * avoid eating after 9 * dinner should be replaced with fruits and buttermilk *at least drink 4-5 liters of water daily * before half an hour of taking stomach full with water * afternoon lunch with Greenleaf vegetables. *break fast must be with ful stomach * daily 20 minutes for brisk walking * you can decrease your weight

As after effects of miscarriage or without reason some women do have high levels of prolactin hormone which causes congestion in breasts and milk generation get tested for prolactin good medicines available to bring down prolactin she will not conceive again till prolactin levels are under control get a drop of fluid from. DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul and vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

I advise you take following herbs. Vidarikanda ,ashwagandha and shatavari. Take equal quantity powders of these three and mix. Take this mixture one spoon daily twice.
