I would like to inform you that there is no side effect of having fruits. one should consume 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day. but when you increase your physical activity, your body's requirement changes. so you can increase the intake but we can't suggest you how much you should increase without knowing your all details. but i can suggest you that you should have other fruits also to add variety in your diet so that your body can get all types of nutrients.
