Some females have longer cycles than one month so if it's coming regularly every month like that then nothing to worry but if it is very scanty then get your haemoglobin level and thyroid function test done start taking cap hepatoglobin once daily for three months.

Cervical length being 2.7 cm is slightly less than normal. ,so you have been advised progesterone for relaxation of the uterus. This is very much safe and you can go ahead with the treatment.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of pcos are irregular or light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with pcos, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. You should opt homoeopathic treatment, it has cure for pcos, it takes time but resolve the disease by root. In pcos first we target to get your periods back to normal. Meanwhile give her phytolaca tabs, 3 tabs, 3 times a day with hot water for weight control.
