Hi lybrate user, it is better to continue this pregnancy if you wish to have another child. Though medical abortion is mostly successful, sometimes it isn't and complications can occur. However, if you still want better to go visit the gynaecologist.

A simple urine pregnancy test can differentiate between delayed periods and pregnancy. If test is positive then you are pregnant and need to go for an ultrasound to confirm the viability of the baby.

I have a Paragard IUD. My husband and I are sexually active of course. We never use protection because of the IUD and he's also never "preventative" during intercourse. I have been bleeding since a week or two before the 16th of April and ended sometime between the 1st and the 8th of June. I have been nauseous on occasions, dizzy, I have an increased appetite, frequent urination, slightly enlarged breasts, and have spotted once or twice a but haven't anymore. Could I be pregnant? I know, I have the paragard it's "close to impossible" but it's not. I know thousands of women who have become pregnant with paragard. My husband and I also had an incident the 16th of June where his penis was "ripped/stabbed" causing an ER visit. I believe it may have moved maybe due to a pregnancy. I just feel "off" two pregnancy tests have shown negative but i'm not convinced. Could anyone give me any answers or advice as far as should I see my gyno? Its $80 for every visit so I don't want to go unless I necessarily HAVE to.

Hello, if the pregnancy tests have been done 10 days post your menstrual due date then the results are conclusive and you arrant pregnant but with a history that your husband was ripped post intercourse that there may be a chance that paraguard may have been pushed out of uterus or the thread is left too long to cause local cervical abrasions which are possibly bleeding. So you would need an evaluation both per speculum and ultrasonological.

5 Amazing Benefits Of Drinking Water From Copper Vessel!

5 Amazing Benefits Of Drinking Water From Copper Vessel!

You may have heard your grandparents talking about keeping water overnight in copper jars and drinking that water in the morning would cleanse both mind and body. Some people even had glasses and jugs made of copper that they used exclusively to store and drink water. Or is it actually true or just a myth?

Well, it is very much true because copper is an essential mineral for the body. Even Ayurveda advises to store water in copper vessels and drink it for the maintenance of good health. The copper is said to possess an electromagnetic energy that aids in solving the issues arising from the imbalances in the body.

Here are the top health benefits of consuming copper water:

  1. It is antimicrobial: Storing water in copper vessels for 16 hours at room temperature can kill all the microbes, which would otherwise cause water-borne diseases. The University of South Carolina reports that copper has intense purifying power. The report also suggests that copper surface can put an end to 97 percent of bacteria and microbes that may lead to hospital-acquired infections.

  2. It acts as a brain stimulant: Human brain functions by transmitting the impulse from neurons to neurons through the regions called synapses. Copper aids in the generation of phospholipids which are needful for the formation of the myelin sheaths that act as a kind of conductive agent.

  3. It helps in healthy weight loss: When diet regulation is of no help to you, then you can opt for drinking water stored in copper jugs regularly. It helps in tuning the digestive system for better performance as well as breaking down of fat and eliminating it out of the body efficiently.

  4. It aids in slowing down ageing: Copper is a natural remedy for your wrinkles, fine lines and other signs of ageing that have started occurring on your face. It has very strong antioxidants and cell forming properties. Drinking water from a copper vessel is also effective in fighting free radicals (free radicals actually lead to the formation of fine lines). By drinking water from copper vessels regularly, you will be able to keep your skin renewed by replacing the old and dying ones.

  5. It has anti-inflammatory properties: This helps in the reduction of anti-inflammatory pains including arthritis and if you are suffering from aches and pains in different parts of the body, you can drink water from the copper vessels every morning for soothing inflamed joints.

Apart from copper, silver and gold can also be used for drinking water, as per Ayurveda. These metals have different indications based on your disease. So, kindly consult and know what is best for you.

As you already success rate of ivf is 40-50 % that too depend on lot of factors. You can go for next et after 3 months. You are already taking all the medicines for it, this may be probably due to fall in hormone levels, mainly estrogen as age and menopausal years increase.
