My Mother is 45 years old. She has Breast Cancer. Now she is under Chemotherapy. What will do to prevent from it in future.

DGO, MD, MRCOG, CCST, Accredation in Colposcopy

Nothing much can be done. Response to chemotherapy depends on a nos of factors like type of tumour, stage, grade, hormone receptors present and inherent patient response. I would advice her to do as the Oncologist advices.

Hello, Now there is no possible method to save this pregnancy. As you have 3 miscarriages already, I would suggest that you visit an infertility specialist and get yourself and your partner evaluated to rule out the cause behind previous pregnancy failures.

Modern Homeopathy: Cure For Every Disease

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Indore
Modern Homeopathy: Cure For Every Disease

Modern Homoeopathy has newly introduced a scientifically advanced system of homoeopathy based on clinical practices which include some new concept of development along with a traditional system of homoeopathy.

Complete Cure: Modern homoeopathy completely recovers the diseases and patient as a whole in the physical, mental and holistic way in order to prevent relapse of diseases for rest of life which is very essential and important. Most importantly, Modern Homoeopathy allows treatment of multiple diseases with same medicines at the same time, along with the rest of existing treatment.

Easy: In Modern homoeopathy, we use different types of medicinal forms and scales like decimal potency, centimal potency, 50 millisimel potency, mother tinctures, biochemic medicines, patents etc.

In Modern Homeopathy, mode of medicinal intake is very easy which can be taken without any confusion under the guidance of an expert homoeopathic consultant. Modern Homeopathy does not believe in the traditional law of homoeopathy that while taking homoeopathic medicines, there should be a restriction of high smelling foods or any other such thing.

Safe: In modern homoeopathy, there are no side effects of medicines even after use of highly potentised medicinal selection as per requirement of response or stages of diseases. As we know that in 'homoeopathy potentisation process', the power or potency or quality of medicines will increase gradually and simultaneously its quantity of medicinal substance will be reduced, hence, chances of side effects are almost nil.

Fast: The most differential concept of modern homoeopathy is its fast treatment process which gives it tremendous difference from the old system of homoeopathy, because in modern homoeopathy as of now 4,000 new medicines are available and 0-50 lakh potency is available, which are scientifically proved and capable of curing any health disease without any side effects.

Cost-Effective: Modern Homoeopathy even after its multi-dimensional importance is very cost-effective in comparison to the rest of the other branches of medical science.

You Need To Make These 6 Lifestyle Changes Now!

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
You Need To Make These 6 Lifestyle Changes Now!
It is not only important to monitor what you eat or drink but also how you time it all. If we discipline ourselves towards a better lifestyle, maintaining good health won’t be such a task. It is World Health Day today. It is a good reason to take complete responsibility of inculcating healthy habits into our life.

Follow these 6 changes to your lifestyle to feel better and live healthier-

1) King’s Breakfast: Most people don't feel like eating much at breakfast, esp. the late nighters. However, ignoring or skipping breakfast sets a bad rhythm for the rest of your day and weakens your immune system. Having breakfast is a must and the ideal breakfast is one which is low in carbs and has a good portion of protein. For people short on time, a seasonal fruit with raw nuts and a little yogurt can be a good option.

2) Water Intake: Drinking inadequate water causes dehydration inside and can lead to a number of issues. Most common issues are headaches, dry skin, impaired sleep, joint problems, poor concentration as well as digestive disorders. Best way to address this problem is to keep water handy wherever you are. Try to drink about two litres of water each day. More, if its hot or after workouts.

3) Sleep Well: Sleep time is rejuvenation for your body. If you don't get enough sleep, you will deprive your body the time to recover and tackle whatever the next day has to offer. Try to be in bed earlier and get atleast 7 hours of sleep.

4) Physical Training: A good mix of aerobic as well as resistance training is quite important for your health. You feel more energetic and productive when you physically work out. Folks who exercise regularly are generally happier than those who are inactive.

5) Stress Releasing: Stress is a major factor in inducing various forms of illnesses. Stress must not accumulate. Try to give yourself some time every week to do things that you enjoy – it can be reading or meditating or enjoying the outdoors.

6) No Self Medication: Often one wrong medicine causes much more harm than any medicine at the right time, does good. Try to avoid popping pills without doctor’s recommendation. Many side effects or reactions to an existing medication or condition can lead to uncalled for problems and complications later. Don’t rely on sources like chemist or a relative to guide you, they might not look at the right details due to lack of knowledge. Say no to self medication.

Heavy periods, also called menorrhagia, is when a woman loses an excessive amount of blood during consecutive periods. In most cases, no underlying cause of heavy periods is identified. However, some conditions and treatments have been linked to menorrhagia, including uterine fibroids intrauterine contraceptive devices (iuds) anticoagulant medication polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) he cause of the problem may sometimes need to be investigated further. This will usually involve having a pelvic examination. A blood test may also sometimes be recommended to check for anaemia (iron deficiency) if a cause is still not found, then you may have an ultrasound scan treating heavy periods in some cases, heavy periods do not need to be treated, as they can be a natural variation and may not disrupt your lifestyle.
