Hi, Normal pulse rate is 70-80 per min. But your pulse rate is 109 per min. Which is high. This sinus tachycardia may be due to cardiac arrhythmias. Please consult a cardiologist for further management at the earliest.

While speaking with TB patient Does this affected on other person Pls let me know.

TB infection spreads through droplet infection like sneezing/coughing of an infected person. Chance of getting infection by talking to the patient is less.
