There is very good results of ayurveda on asthama & cough start following * take ginger & turmeric mix with honey before food * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take hot water only * eat less then of your hunger. Take fast. It will help you for less cough production * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * you can massage on chest with till oil mix with rock salt & kapoor & take steam I need more details perfect medication. Like appetite, acidity, gastric trouble, constipation, diet, life style etc.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

When I feel tensed or worried I vomit, I don't know why it's is happening to me, it's happening to me from around 5 months back, I took tablets to avoid vomit but still when I am tensed or worried (like before going to exam hall) can you please suggest what could be done for this?

Do x ray of cervical spine. When you on tense your cervical muscle got stiff. Bcz of stiffness of the cervical muscle blood circulation of brain are interrupt so you feel vomiting. When you have any tense you do slowly neck bending leftside to right side. Slowly neck rotation left right. Take hot fermentation on neck for 15 mints.

If there is pain with swelling and redness it might be infection, it can also be related to tight dressing, or altered position for prolonged time. As you are 39, a physician's or surgical opinion is necessary.

Red meat is an excellent source of protein that will help you gain muscle. It contains leucine, an amino acid that helps stimulate muscle protein synthesis. The fattier the meat, the more calories you will take in. Just a 170-gram fillet of salmon provides around 350 calories and 4 grams of omega-3 fats. It also provides 34 grams of high-quality protein, helping you build muscle or gain weight. You can make some very simple, high-calorie and well-balanced meals by combining whole grain bread with protein sources such as eggs, meat and cheese. Try combining some dried fruit with a protein source, such as cuts of meat or a whey protein shake. They also mix really well with nuts and natural yogurt, providing a blend of healthy fats, protein and other key nutrients. Hi sir. I have degenerative disc disease of cervical spine. Sometimes I feel stiffed neck if I sit down and also gets pain. So please tel me is it a major problem or neglected one. If it sit in a chair and keep my hand on neck I feel gaps between c7 bone and also it goes slightly downwards but I feel no pain.

Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by cervical and shoulder mobilisation exercise from neuro physiotherapist avoid using pillow white sleep and do use only firm hard and even mattress for sleep best wishes.

Hi We need to actually find out what could be the cause of persistent pain in your case, I need to know whether there was a h/o injury to the affected shoulder, apart from pain do you also have any associated swelling, skin redness, local warmth etc as well? if above symptoms are not there, then in my opinion you can start with intensive physical therapy, anti inflammatory medications, precautions for the shoulder as advised and let us see how you respond in next 7-10 days, otherwise we will have to get a few investigations done for further evaluation.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Ankle Stretch Calves Get a custom made insole. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping. Hot Fomentation.

Hi you can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint. Meanwhile apply cold pack for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan wishing you a good health.
