No no dear. Don't worry about thyroid problems. Many times it happens. That girls suffer from irregular periods. Take Pulsatilla 6C one dose daily for 5 days. Then wait for the expected date of menses. You will get menses. And still you having any problem. Please feel free to ask me. Take care. :)

I am 28 years old and my girlfriend is 26 now. 2 months back we had unprotected sex 4 days after her period. After that also we had many times but we used condom. We heard that 1 week before and after period we can do unprotected sex. Now she didn't get her period and she checked with pregnancy kit and found positive. Please help us. What we have to do now. Hi lybrate user, till day 8 of periods it is safe without protection, taking first day of period as day 1. As the pregnency test is positive now, you should decide if you want to continue or terminate the pregnency, if you want second option then you need to see a gynaecologist for safe termination of pregnancy.

It happens that's why I keep telling people to avoid using i-pill for careless sex. Now she has crossed 45 days, you need to rush for checkup with expert, no sitting at home solution. There is a slight chance for abortion with medicines or else surgical. Be quick and avoid taking any medication without checkup and guidance.

After pregnancy in lactating women menstrual cycle come may be soon 1-2 month to 10-12 month depends upon constitution of that female. After labour usually 6month gape is better so she can be physically fit.

Haemophilia type a. Caused by deficiency of clotting factor viii type b. Caused by def. Of factor ix i'm not aware of type 7 what you wrote. Both are genetic disorders where mother is normally a healthy carrier and there is a 50% chance of her male child becoming a haemophilic. Girl child born out of a carrier mother will have a normal x chromosome or an abnormal one leading to a carrier state of the disease in the later instance. Genetic counseling is advisable for such instances of marriage. Dna testing of a foetus through amniocentesis can detect if the baby will be a carrier (female baby) or a haemophiliac (male baby). These are the consequences of marriage between a healthy male and a haemophilia carrier female. There are other rare variants of the disease which can be discussed only through counselling sessions.

खजूर

* दांतों का गलना – छुहारे खाकर गर्म दूध पीने से कैलशियम की कमी से होने वाले रोग, जैसे दांतों की कमजोरी, हड्डियों का गलना इत्यादि रूक जाते हैं।
* रक्तचाप – कम रक्तचाप वाले रोगी 3-4 खजूर गर्म पानी में धोकर गुठली निकाल दें। इन्हें गाय के गर्म दूध के साथ उबाल लें। उबले हुए दूध को सुबह-शाम पीएं। कुछ ही दिनों में कम रक्तचाप से छुटकारा मिल जायेगी।
* कब्ज – सुबह-शाम तीन छुहारे खाकर बाद में गर्म पानी पीने से कब्ज दूर होती है। खजूर का अचार भोजन के साथ खाया जाए तो अजीर्ण रोग नहीं होता तथा मुंह का स्वाद भी ठीक रहता है। खजूर का अचार बनाने की विधि थोड़ी कठिन है, इसलिए बना-बनाया अचार ही ले लेना चाहिए।
* पुराने घाव – पुराने घावों के लिए खजूर की गुठली को जलाकर भस्म बना लें। घावों पर इस भस्म को लगाने से घाव भर जाते हैं।
* मासिक धर्म : छुहारे खाने से मासिक धर्म खुलकर आता है और कमर दर्द में भी लाभ होता है।

The health benefits that a lime carries are just too many, and it packs in too much of goodness. While the vitamin C is what immediately comes to our mind, there is more to it. Read on to know some of the most common benefits of the small, powerful lemon.

  1. A powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals: A lime is a source of various vitamins and minerals, including potassium which is essential for heart health, good nerve function, and maintaining blood pressure levels. It also reduces cancer as it contains antioxidants and bioflavonoids.
  2. Fights infection: We all know lime to be very good at fighting cold and cough. Not just that. It even is useful in more severe infections like cholera and E.coli infections. As cholera is transmitted by food, adding lime to foods helps prevent this transmission.

You have irregular period problem. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily to detoxify body. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height. These will help you in your period problem.

Hello- Cramps are due to calcium deficiency during pregnancy. Start Ashwagandharistha 2 tsp twice daily with water. It is safe in pregnancy.
