Back pain could be due to bad posture or low vitamin d levels in a majority of cases so learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and do them upto 3 times a day 20 mins each. Get your vitamin d and uric acid levels done fasting and revert back with reports.

What are simple knee exercise for making knee straight ? and also for increasing knee muscles strength.
Static quadriceps and dynamic quadriceps, isometric quadriceps, all these are good exercise for strengthening of knee joint ,You can refer internet to know how these exercise are done, like static quadriceps is done by keeping a towel roll below your knee joint while sitting on a bed and then pressing the towel roll by your knee joint ,holding it for 10 secs and then release, do it for 10 times from each knee. If pain is more in your knee joint then first go to some nearby physio they will give you pain relief therapy and will teach you all exercises as well. Thanks all the best.

Neck PainThis is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm. Could it be due to uric acid and a gout attack? I have had past history of uric acid? should I take Feburic along with Combiflam. I am 48 years old, weight is higher than normal.

u are hypertensive. when the pressures are very high there are chances of either a bleeding of a blood vessel or a clot in the brain that can cause that kind of numbness and weakness that happened at that time. that should have been taken seriouslt and a immediate ct scan of d brai should have been done. if it is not done u should get it done at the earliest. medication have to b started accordingly

Dear Lybrate user, your pain might be because of your daily routine. Start doing morning stretchs. Ike hamstring stretch, calf stretch, bridging exercise, pushups and a bit of morning walk for about 20 min of stretch. Avoid lifting activities and long walking or sitting work. These exercises and precautions definitely reduce your pain to a much extent.
