Having right side pain on the area below the lower back, just above the buttocks.

Research Course works @ pain lab, USA, Neuromuscular biomechanic lab, FSS, BPTh/BPT
Physiotherapist,
May be due to muscle spasm. You need to be on rest for couple of days, ice massage or hot packs will be helpful. Stop sitting or standing for long time. When you lie down on the bed keep changing your posture. If the pain still persists go and see a doctor or Physiotherapist. The information which you gave is not sufficient. You need to add your age, occupation, sex, duration of the pain, activities which increases and decreases the pain.

I am feeling burning in stomach from last 10 years nw my age is 28 please suggest me how to get relief from ths.

I am feeling burning in stomach from last 10 years nw my age is 28 please suggest me how to get relief from ths.
Hello- burning is stomach is due to the hyper activity or acidity of the gastric juices (required for digestion). This occurs due to certain foods like spices, sour diet, fast foods, fried diet etc or due to improper daily schedule that is waking up late night etc. A) use one green cardamom+one clove bud with water for instant relief. B) mint helps reducing acidic symptoms. C) cold milk helps dilute gastric acid and thus reduces burning. D) above mentioned factors must be avoided first.

Hi! I have cervical spondylosis earlier I use to have numb sensation in my left arm and left hand lilltel finger and ...
Heat is an effective mean of reducing and relieving pain in cervical spondylosis. You can use hot packs at home. Some exercises like static contractions and strengthening exercises are needs to be done. Isometric contractions of the cervical muscles improve the muscle endurance and tone as the contractions improve the blood supply thereby the nutrition to the muscle is increased and hence muscle strengthening is done. Please see a physiotherapist for these exercises. You may need traction and soft tissue techniques for the management of cs. Postural awareness is very important. As the condition progresses, the abnormality of posture also increases, thus from the initial stage itself, postural awareness through proper advice and education should be planned and initiated by the physiotherapist. Best wishes.

I have very heavy pain in my head so I want a sufficient medicine for well relief.
Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.
