Ye problem 11-13 ki age me shuru hoti hai. 9th ki age se pehle periods aana is not normal. Aisi situation me gynecologist se milna jruri hai. 50 ki age ke baad periods band hone ka time hota hai. Suruat me and end ke 4-5 years me problems aati hain. Agar peiords painful or heavy hain to medicines se thik kia jata hai. Jyada problem hone pe sonography advice kia jati hai. Agr kisi choti problem like tooth break hone pe bhi jyada bleeding hoti hai to ye khoon ki bimari ho skti hai. Aisi situation me doctor ke pass check-up ke lia jrur jana chaiye. Normal periods days 2-7 hain. Din me 2-3 pads change krna is normal. Lekin frequent pad change krna, pain hona, periods aane se pehle pain hona is not normal. Agar 50 ki age ke baad periods band ho gye and firse 1 saal baad start ho gye to ye bhi ek problem hai. Periods ke bich me agar normal bleeding hoti hai ya intercourse krne ke baad bleeding hoti hai to check-up bhut jruri hai. Normal blood test kia jata hai, thyroid check kia jata hai. Womb me cyst hone se bhi periods me problem aa skti hai. Agar ye medicines se thik nhi hoti hai problem to operation krna pdta hai. Agar 40 ki age ke baad jyada bleeding ho rhia hai to biopsy advice kia jata hai. Hormonal problem medicines se thik ho jata hai. Laparoscopy or hormone device: mirena womb me lgaya jata hai. Is se periods thik ho jata hai. Or agar ko medicines asar nhi kar rhi hai or womb bada ho gya hai to use nikala pdta hai. Islia agar kbhi bhi severe pain hai ya heavy bleeding hai to gynecologist se milen. Or fir apna treatment plan kren. Thank You!
