I am having random headaches at random time, I don't know what the reason is, please help me.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Hi i am suffring from cough last two or three years, in past 13 year earlier i suffred from lungs infection i treated six month for that. Even last year i consult lots of doctors i used to checkup tc dc test nd chest x ray also but no one gives resolution. I dont know what to do plz suggest

The main thing is that even I taking sleeping pills like Rivotril 0.5mgx2 tablets before sleeping, the mind keeps working on any problems, and I do not get sleep before 4 or 5AM. Ofcourse I get up late at about 10 or 11 AM. Again sleeping the afternoon for 1 to 1.5 hours. I am retired. Please advise. Prem.

YOu can do meditaion and yoga for mind control and ahve good sleep pattern and in this age you need only less sleep Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

In my complete blood counts & ESR reports. Neutrophils 35%, lymphocytes 51%, eosinophils 11% and other reports are normal. I consulted to doctor he gave me some medicines after this he told nothing to worry. Should I do again check up tests.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. For ant-bite: Apply Can notharis ointment over the area 2-3 times a day and orally take Apis Mel. 30/ 3 times a day.

Just take one b complex tablet daily, apply mucopain and hexigel ointment three times daily on d ulcer it shall give you lot of relief, also avoid hot and spicy foods.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Please don' t worry it is solved within fortnight just follow my words, first of all please avoid milk & milk products, secondly avoid bakery products including maida & biscuit namkeen also. Then go for digital x-ray empty stomach before go for x ray in morning take 2 tab dulcolax & 4tab charcoal on previous night. Get alkaline phosphatase test with it, inform me then by click on private.

As you will grow it will increase and normal according to your body constitution is decided by the nature.. You need good counseling session with a physician. Please don't try to have abnormally long sized penis. Only first 2 inches of vagina is sensitive. Concentrate on practical life issues, avoid getting carried away by abnormal. Regards.

Hello I want to know is Himalaya Tagara safe for a diabetic patient. Age is 53 and diabetes on the border line. Is it ok to have the pill?

Mr. Lybrate-user, tagara, is supposed to be helping in calming down the mind and also inducing sleep. It seems to be fairly safe, from various reports that are published. But my advise is better not to go in for any medication for sleep induction. If one exercises regularly for over 1 hour a day, maintains blood glucose levels well with in normal limits, practices pranayam and simple relaxation techniques, then there is no need for such medications. I have pcod and had last period on 1 January 2017 so a week back started with Ayurvedic medicine (dashmolarisht, ashokarisht, rajahpravartani vati and string rasayan vati) from patanjali. Just took medicine for 7 days. Due to a small rupture in condom during intercourse should I take I-pill or just continue the Ayurvedic course and wait for medicine to show effects and get my periods.

Ayurveda Medicines takes a longer time to treat PCOS, so can't say whether they would be effective in inducing your periods, if you get pregnant. So we advise you to wait for your due date, post which if you miss your due date, you can do a Urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy and then take abortion pills if required. As taking ipill will not be useful and would unnecessarily interfere in your normal cycle by inducing a withdrawal bleeding.
