Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Recurrence of appendix is not possible so do not panic for that. Same site pain can be there with terminal ileal problem or intestine colic from other issues. Get an ultrasound report done for final diagnosis. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery.
