Health Benefits Of Kidney Beans!

Health benefits of kidney beans

1. Kidney beans are a phenomenal source of protein.
One cup of kidney beans contains 16 grams of protein, making it an excellent protein source for vegetarians. Kidney beans contain all the essential amino acids that are needed for proper muscle-building.

2. Kidney beans will improve your digestive system’s health.
Kidney beans are an excellent source of fiber. A one-cup serving of kidney beans contains 16 grams of dietary fiber. The daily recommended dietary fiber intake for men and women are 38 grams and 25 grams, respectively. Fiber may help prevent constipation, making one’s bowel movement easier to control.

3. Kidney beans can help maintain a healthy blood pressure.
Kidney beans have a very high content of potassium and a low content of sodium. One cup of kidney beans contains a whopping 742 milligrams of potassium, compared to 7.1 milligrams of sodium. Folate can also contribute to the reduction of hypertension and relaxation of blood vessels while maintaining proper blood flow.

4. Kidney beans are helpful for pregnant women and their babies.
Kidney beans are a good source of b-vitamins, such as folate or folic acid. One cup of kidney beans contains 33 percent of the recommended daily value of folate. Folate has shown to help in neural tube formation and red blood cell formation in prenatal babies. A deficiency of folic acid in pregnant women can lead to the birth of underweight infants and may also result in neural tube defects in newborns.

5. Kidney beans can help you detoxify.
Sulfites are acidic compounds found in wines, dried fruits, and some vegetables, which can cause side effects, such as headaches and disorientation. Studies have shown that kidney beans are extremely high in molybdenum, a rare mineral not frequently found in foods. This mineral counteracts these side effects.

6. Kidney beans can also improve your nervous system.
Molybdenum also helps in cell energy production and development of the nervous system. Kidney beans also provide the brain the necessary amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Some vitamins, including folate or folic acid, play a significant role in the regulation of specific amino acids that the nervous system requires. Studies have shown that a deficient amount of dietary folate can increase the homocysteine levels, which can be a dangerous precursor to neurodegenerative diseases like alzheimer’s disease and parkinson’s disease.

7. Kidney beans can help with blood formation.
Copper and iron are essential for the new blood cell formation. One cup of kidney beans contains 26 percent and 29 percent of the daily recommended value of iron and copper, respectively. A deficiency of iron can lead to anemia.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne. Weight gain and trouble losing weight. Extra hair on the face and body. Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp. Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do. Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5 kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Hello doc m 8 month pregnant having 70 kg weight is this normal in this stage nd what if my weight increase till deli...
Many women during their pregnancy will always be asked how much weight they have gained. Moderate weight gain during pregnancy is normal as your baby’s growth and development will depend on it. The extra kilograms will eventually be lost after delivery to reach your pre-pregnancy weight after some time. You as a pregnant woman can gain an average of 12 kg (8-16 kg) to account for the baby’s weight and other tissues and fluids accompanying pregnancy. You should neither worry about that nor lower your caloric intake unless there is pre-pregnancy obesity or a high weight gain. Here’s where the weight gain goes Baby: 2 – 3.4 kg Placenta: 0.5 kg Amniotic fluid: 4.0 – 5.9 kg Larger uterus: 0.5 – 1.1 kg Larger breasts: 0.5 – 1.4kg Increased blood volume: 1.0 – 1.8 kg Increased fat stores: 1.0 – 3.6 kg. The pattern of you to gain weight is as follows: In the first trimester, you do not need to gain much weight, only about 0-2 kg In the second and third trimester, steady weight gain is important for baby’s growth and development, which can be about 1–2 kg/month As a result it’s preferred that your weight gain doesn’t exceed these limits as it would lead to several complications in pregnancy and delivery. Some of them could be high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, fatigue, backache, delivery complications due to increased fetus weight and less milk secretion due to the high storage of fat tissues around the milk glands. Another point pregnant women should not forget is that when they gain excess weight, they will find it difficult to get back to their pre-pregnancy weight. And also you have to calculate your weight according to your height and age.

Hi less likely you could have pregnancy as sex was in safe period. Please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If test is negative then it could be due to hormonal imbalance or stress. On case of positive test you can go for medical termination of pregnancy is intrauterine.

Height Growth Tips in Hindi -

If the test was negative after 7 days of missed period then you need to repeat it again after 7 days till you get your menses. Even faint second line is also positive and you have to read the reports within 5 min of putting urine. Also use good company card like velocit card to avoid mistakes bcos of card.

The Method of Anal Breathing!

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
The Method of Anal Breathing!

Anal breathing is the beginner’s version of Tao’s Qi Gong. It focuses on the lower portion of the body. Anal breathing helps young men and boys suffering from critical sex problems such as impotence and weak erection. The knowledge of anal breathing is passed by the Tao masters of China thousands of years ago. This method aims at enhancing the bio-energy flow from the conception vessel and Governor's vessel. Once the technique is mastered, it can fetch rich benefits to people suffering from sexual problems.

How is anal breathing done?

  1. The procedure starts with a simple exercise of the butt. While urination, light pressure needs to be applied to the bladder by pushing the ankles and the heels upward and squeeze the buttocks against the anus and the tailbone. This will stop urination by contracting the PC muscles and the prostate gland. This, in turn, makes the buttock muscles trigger the s4-s2 muscles to close the prostate-bladder outlet.
  2. Similar width of the shoulder and the leg should be maintained at all times while performing this technique. Slight pressure should be exerted against the bladder and the buttocks should be contracted against the tailbone until it becomes warm.
  3. The contraction of the butt should be synchronized with the inhalation. While inhaling, it should be ensured that the muscle of the tailbone-anus should be contracted towards the spine. The air should be sucked into the spine, anus and the tailbone of an individual. The sensation of the air getting into the anus is known as anal breathing.

Tips to contract the muscles:

  1. Beginners have a tendency to contract the anal muscles harder than necessary. Hard contractions end up in doing more harm than good. With more practice, it is possible to master the procedure of contracting the tailbone-anus muscles thereby improving the quality of the erection.
  2. The pressure applied to the bladder should be very less. The pressure should be such that the relaxation and the expansion of the prostate and the PC muscles happen smoothly.
  3. In case a person possesses a weak prostate or PC muscle, it is advised that he consumes herbs such as the Patricia, Pyrrosia, dianthus etc.

Check the reservoir:
If the morning erection is no more felt or there is a feeling of fatigue in an individual, the testosterone percentage may be extremely low or non-existent. It is the testosterone that produces nitric oxide to empower erection. If testosterone is lagging in a person, it is advised that necessary measures are taken to build up testosterone levels in the body. This could be done by hormonal therapy, consumption of herbs, medications and such other ways.

Ayurveda is the perfect way through which you can get treated for the same, for more details consult.

Hello. We can minimize the pain, irregularity during menses with diet and homoeopathic medicines (which are safe to take).. Kindly share the reports of the investigations you have gone through with me. Diet to be followed: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If you're craving chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. This bittersweet treat will help you relax your muscles. - We all know fluids are essential when your body is cramping or bloating. Drinking two to three litres of water during your period is essential. - Tea is an easy way to replace your caffeine craving. Green tea to soothe cramps. now, even though green tea contains caffeine, try decaffeinated green tea instead — but be aware, you may lose some health benefits with a decaf version. Caffeine is another no-no. Drinking lots of coffee or pop during your period can increase higher levels of tension and anxiety. - Avoid anything that can damage your liver should be off the list. So, avoid alcohol. - Red meat, Smart says, is also know to cause stomach upsets and cramps. Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - every 2 hrly. during the time of menses. Medication: And take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - thrice daily for 1 month and Pulsatilla 200/ one dose daily for 1 week. Revert me back with the status of your ailment. Revert me back.
