You just need to work on the flexibility of your leg muscles and strengthening of core, glutes and thigh muscles. Also cold packs after your game.

Use cold pack for the area where it is hurting you for 10 minutes atleast 3-4 times a day. If it doesnot get better, then do not ignore it. Consult a physician or physio for proper assessment and treatment.

Hello, I haven't been jogging for few months and 3 days before, I started jogging again but I felt lot of pain in my legs on side of the calf whenever I jog. I think the blood in my vein is being clotted. Should I go for vitamin E because this pain isn't helping me to jog and recently I have no any medical history. It's just that my big toe is dislocated and I gained a lot of weight recently.

You just need to release your calf and hamstrings muscles (check tennis ball release for calf and hamstrings muscles on you tube) and stretch them properly before you jog. Also use cold packs for your calves after jogging.

You probably have plantarfascitis. Roll a frozen water bottle under your foot for 5 minutes 2-3 times daily, stretch your calf muscles, roll a tennis ball under your feet. During shower, dip your feet alternately in hot n cold water for 3-4 cycles, hot 3 mins, cold 1 min. It will help you.

I am a 60 year old female. I have a feeling of heaviness on the right side below the rib cage bones. Some times it is painful at the back side too and sometimes the pain stretches to the right hip my ultrasound shoes kidney normal with mild fatty liver. What could be the problem?

You could just be having acute muscle spasm of your Erector spinae, Quadratus lumborum and piriformis muscles. Try using cold pack in painful area, stretch the above mentioned muscles. If it doesnot help, see a physician or a physio.

Try Physiotherapy. Not just passive modalities but msnusl therapy too. Also, If she strengthens her quadriceps, gluts and abdominal muscles sufficiently, lot of her problems will get resolved and knee surgery might be postponed.

Hope you did lots of icing for your hand crepe bandage to stabilize your thumb would also help. Fracture cannot be ruled out without an X Ray film.
