Great doctor.Relief from pain in just 3 sessions
Got the best treatment for my shoulder injury.
Exceptional improvement in pain
She is very helpful physio.
She is the best doctor
Doctor Neetu apart from having the Great Knowledge in her Field is Down-to-earth & Honest in her analysis, Will listen to your Problem Patiently & will then Guide you accordingly. Best thing here is that she seems to have Knowledge not just of Physio but other techniques like Manual Therapy (which is the most effective in my experience) , Dry Needling & Cupping Therapy which helps a lot & are more faster & effective than Normal Physio methods. The Reason here it is best & I will recommend anyone is because you get a combination of Different Methods/Treatments not just normal Physio and that too its not time limited (i.e. many other Physiotherapists who charge on machine basis & are highly focused on how much time & no. of machines are given/used on One rather than focusing in how to treat a Patient as fast & effectively as possible) . Keep up the Good Work Doctor!!

I have a deep pain in the back of my neck, every morning. Sometimes left side, sometimes right. It is maximum in the morning. I think, it's due to muscular strain that I get due to wrong posture at night, and I keep it straight during the day. Please help.
Hi, Mujhe neck ke pas swelling jaisi hai and yeh pain bhi nhi karta hai and I don't know yeh kya hai. so what should I do?
1. Myth: Patient need a referral to see a physiotherapist
•Facts: Some patient feels that they require a referral or prescription to go to the physiotherapy. But it's not like that. They do not require any referral for the treatment of physiotherapy.
2.Myth: Physiotherapy is painful
•Fact: Physiotherapists seek to minimize your pain and discomfort—including chronic or long-term pain. They work within your pain threshold to help you heal, and restore movement and function.
3. Myth: Physiotherapy is only for injuries and accidents
•Fact: Physiotherapists do a lot more than just stretch or strengthen weak muscles after an injury or surgery. They are skilled at evaluating and diagnosing potential problems before they lead to more serious injuries or disabling conditions—from carpal tunnel syndrome and frozen shoulder, chronic headaches and lower back pain, neck pain, paralysis to name a few.
4. Myth: Any health care professional can perform physiotherapy
•Fact: Any healthcare professional cannot perform physiotherapy. A physiotherapist is best in their own field. They need to complete the degree in 5 years and after that, they are specialized in neurology, orthopedics, sports, cardiology etc. Not only that they are specialized to use a different kind of manual therapies that anyone cannot do. Physiotherapy is the most trustable treatment as no medicine is needed.
5.Myth: Physiotherapy isn't covered by insurance
•Fact: Most insurance policies cover some form of physiotherapy. Beyond insurance coverage, physical therapy has proven to reduce costs by helping people avoid unnecessary imaging scans, surgery, or prescription drugs. Physiotherapy can also lower costs by helping patients avoid falls or by addressing conditions before they become chronic.
6.Myth: Surgery is my only option
•Fact: In many cases, physiotherapy has been shown to be as effective as surgery in treating a wide range of conditions—from rotator cuff tears and degenerative disk disease, to meniscal tears and some forms of knee osteoarthritis. Those who have recently seen a physiotherapist know this to be true. Physiotherapy can provide an alternative to surgery.
7.Myth: I can do physiotherapy myself
•Fact: Your participation is key to a successful treatment plan, but every patient still needs the expert care and guidance of a physiotherapist. Your therapist will leverage his or her specialized education, clinical expertise, and the latest available evidence to evaluate your needs and make a diagnosis before creating an individualized plan of care.
