Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

I am a 29 year old male from Mumbai working in an MNC. I am getting married on Feb 7th 2017 and below is my detailed health concern. I am a sexually active person in my life I had taken a big risk when I had brief unprotected sex with a CSW on 1st October 2015 (Post which I have never ever visited any CSW or taken any such risks) The act made so scared that I got myself test with 4th generation test at Metropolis India after 7 weeks of exposure. Reports were negative initially I was very happy but slowly many doubts raised in my mind because of excessive research online and so I got myself tested again and again. In this one year I got myself tested 15 times. Just when I was about to forget things and live a normal life my fiance gave me a shocking news that in Sep 2016 she had sex with her childhood friend once. She was guilty about and asked pardon for the same and I also forgave her. But yet I made her take the test after her three weeks of sex and I also took a test. Post which we had sex on 1st Oct 2016 and again for reassurance I took a test 4 weeks later. Now my worry is: 1) The chances of her getting infected from her friend for a very brief sex is very low but still I doubt her and the situation despite the reports coming normal. technically I risked myself by going to CSW but she did not do anything of that sort but I still doubt I do not know why 2) Recently I got a small cut from a barber shop and than again I started getting paranoid about HIV. 3) Time and again and again for every small thing happening to me i.e. Cold, cough I relate it to HIV. My day starts with the thought and hear of HIV and ends with it. I am unable to cope up with these thoughts and behavior towards it. I know life is very uncertain but yet I keep thinking about and getting tensed a lot. Please help me with all my worries and anxiety, help me out with detailed explanation.

Eat more fruit and vegetables. How can I get smooth silky hair?
1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. ? Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. ? Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. 9.Tips ? Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. ? Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. ? Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. ? Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. ? Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. ? Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. ? When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. ? You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

Severe knee pain at your age is commonly due to osteoarthritis which means degeneration of joint cartilage causing friction between joint surfaces, leading to pain and stiffness. Lifestyle modifications and physical therapy are important treatment aspects to maintain functionality. 1. Knee stretching and strengthening exercises to improve knee strength. 2. Avoid jogging or physical activity that increases knee pain. But absolute rest is not advised. Engage in activity like swimming or walking, but perform activity which is painless 3. Application of analgesic cream over knee and warm fomentation before exercises. Apply cold pack after exercises 4. Weight loss if obese. 5. Simple analgesics like paracetamol when pain is present. 6. When pain or disability is significant, viscoelastic injection or PRP injection inside the knee joint is helpful. I). You have to give good quality deworming medicines daily for 7 nights then monthly for few months. Change the water, always use filter or per-boiled water. Use vegetables after washing thoroughly with boiled water. It is a sanitation/ hygeine problem. I hope he does not eat mud.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this.
