Dear lybrate user, please, take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Avoid, scorching sun, dust, smoke, junk food, alcoholism, smoking. Take, easily digestible diet on time. Go for meditation to inhale plenty of oxygen to nourish, sweat gland, cells & tissues to ease your problem. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly.

Fibroadenoma is a common occurrence in young females. The treatment of fibroadenoma is surgery. However if it is not producing any symptoms or size of the lump is not too lage to cause cosmetic problems, surgery is not required. However if you are not going for surgery, it is better to confirm your diagnosis by an fnac.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Hi, you will have to make diet changes.For this I need your complete medical history,like your thyroid profile ,complete blood count with esr ,kidney function tests ,liver function tests,vit b and d, blood group and height. Add bran to your chappatis,have lots of fruits,no banana and mango,lots of veges,avoid potato,no juices(fresh and canned),have early dinner. For knee pain have these medicines maharasnadi kashayam,punarnavadi kashayam, both1/2 teaspoon with12 tsp warm water twice daily 1 hr before meals along with yogaraj guggul and shankha bhasam twice daily after food.

The lowest effective dose for acute usage of ashwagandha, and perhaps the most cost-effective dose, is 300-500 mg. The optimal dose is 6, 000 mg a day usually divided into three doses (2, 000 mg) and while 300-500 mg is effective for most situations a lower dose of 50-100 mg can be seen as effective in few instances such as reducing the immunosuppression seen with stress and augmenting anxiolytic (anxiety reducing agents). Ashwagandha root extract is the preferred form of ashwagandha, for the purposes of supplementation. Ashwagandha should be taken with meals. If taken once a day, it should be taken with breakfast.

Hi Mr Swamy, There is nothing like normal, it varies from couple to couple, if both are satisfied then that is optimal for that couple. In order to have control over your ejaculation, do kegel exercises regularly for 2 months. Eat nutritious food. Sleep well for 7 hours a day. Exercise daily. Do pranayama.

You should get sonography of the breast as well to be more clear about the lump. Mammography may not pick up the lump sometimes. Even if sonography does not pick it up, then it is likely to be fibroadenosis which is mostly related to hormonal changes or edema because of some injury.

I'M 20 years old n m in a relationship from past 1.5 years. My bf was nice to me. Did everything for me like it was a perfect fairytale story. He used to talk to me while day. Left all his friends. And drugs. But due to some reason 1.5 month back he asked me for some money which I failed to give him. N I don't know other reasons. He started ignoring me so badly. N in this 1 month I everyday tries to calm him n ask him about his behaviour. But he has only reply that he don't know y is he doing that. He has started being with his friends from morning to late nights. N from last one month he only switches off his phn whenever I try to reach him. N whenever I try to end n ignore him for a day or two he comes back calling day n night n promises me every such thing that can makeup my mind for being with him. But as this happens he again next day does the same ignoring me. He says he can't be with me 24*7 but actually he doesn't even stays for 2 mints. N this hurts the most because he used to be with me from day to night. Then he comes back n again cry for hurting me. But again n again does the same. He says he's not able to keep me happy he has spoilt my life n I should get my happiness back n leave him. N keeps on crying. He comes to me only when he s home or not going anywhere and still blames me for everything . He hurts me a lot and still doesn't feel anything. He takes me for granted every time and when he feels like he wants me then n there but whenever I ask the same he says y do you want me at that particular time only. N all such things. I probably have to wait for 2-3 days to talk to him perfectly. And then he starts his emotional drama and again goes back to the same. M very much depressed about this as even after fighting telling him lovingly. That this is ignorance n he should at least for my sake take a decision. But he only cries n settles things. Pls tell me how do I handle him. Why is he doing so. What should I do?

First of all you need to tackle your own self. You have to take a stand to protect yourself from immense hurt you are getting. Put yourself in a virtual chamber so that his drama, begging, pleading falls on your deaf ears. Be nice but not emotionally involved. Distance from him is best till you take control of your own emotions and be able to decide to continue with him or part ways. Dear lybrateuser, -Some studies have shown that red wine may be beneficial in preventing heart disease due to the presence of antioxidents in it if taken in recommended quantity but it is not mandatory to start drinking for the not so proven benefits if you don't do so, mostly the drinks only add empty calories to your diet -an overall healthy lifestyle is more important in preventing chronic diseases & other ailments, if one consumes a well balanced diet, does regular exercises, keeps stress to a minimum, has a restful sleep for 7-8 hrs in the night then he has a greater chance of preventing diseases & leading a healthy life, consuming alcohol in any form will not make much of a difference.
