You did the sex without protection. There are every chances to get the pregnancy. Do the pregnancy test first. If it is negative then there is nothing to worry.

5 Reasons Why You Should be Eating Curd

Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition Dietetics

5 Reasons Why You Should be Eating Curd

Curd is a staple in every household in India; whether it is served with piping hot parathas or by itself after a meal. The simple food item is packed with a number of nutrients and helps in increasing the health benefits in your body.

Here are a few reasons why you should be eating curd, almost every day:

  1. Probiotics help in digestion: Curd, being rich in probiotics (good bacteria), improves digestion as it kills all the harmful bacteria in the digestive tract and aids the proliferation of good bacteria. Probiotics also help in the prevention of various digestive issues such as cramps, bloating and abdominal pain caused due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
  2. Promotes weight loss around the belly: A hormone called cortisol, also called the ‘stress hormone’ persuades the fat cells to produce more fat around your belly area. Consuming a cup of curd daily increases the amount of calcium in your body which limits the release of cortisol, thus, helping you lose weight. Curd also retains one-third of lean muscle mass which helps you maintain your physique post those dropped kilos for a longer time.
  3. Curd strengthens your immunity system: A cup of curd is loaded with good bacteria which is essential for fighting off germs, thereby making your immune system stronger and more persistent. Making curd a part of your daily diet is a great idea as it is effective in preventing yeast infections around the vaginal area.
  4. Toughens up your skeletal system: Like all dairy products, curd is rich in calcium which is necessary for strong bones and teeth. Apart from calcium, curd is rich in phosphorous and together, they quicken the bone growth process and helps in preventing arthritis and osteoporosis.
  5. Helps in improving cardiovascular health: Eating curd helps in improving cardiovascular health as it discourages the spread of cholesterol around the arterial area, thus, reducing the risks of a coronary disease. Curd reduces hypertension which is a pre-cursor to most heart ailments. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

Patient of breast cancer pathologic grade 3 and no lymph node involvement size more than 3 cm but less than 5 cm .on upper inner part of left breast. Modified radical mastectomy done adjuvant chemotherapy going on .ER neg. PR neg. HER 2 by IHC method neg as reported by TATA Cancer hospital Mumbai .but same hospital showed last impression as uninterpretable when FISH method is used .

It's a grade 3 tumour with size more than 3 cm. If mastectomy done and no lymph nodes positive patient does not need radiotherapy. However triple negative are aggressive cancers and for these chemotherapy is a must for any tumour greater than 0.5cm in size. You should complete all the prescribed doses of chemotherapy and be on regular follow up. That gives a best chance for cure/control.

If you need to use vaseline during sex, and you are trying to conceive, then be aware that vaseline is spermicidal and hence acts as a obstacle to conceive. Most lubricants are spermicidal and hence the nest would be to try and get as much natural lubrication as is possible. Before penetration, during foreplay please get famililiar with the private parts of the female. At the topmost part of the external vulva, is a fold of skin between which is enclosed a small bead like organ called clitoris. If the clitoris is massaged it will result in engorgement of the erectile tissue in the female and hence in preparation good lubrication will be thrown by the accessory glands. This will solve most of the problems as natural lubricant is very sperm friendly. During sex if you have routine man on top position it prevents the clitoris from being stimulated. Lubrication is a sign of arousal. If the woman is aroused her vagina gets lubricated, in preparation for the coitus naturally by the secretions of the accessory sex glands I would suggest you bring your partner at the edge of the bed, ask her to hold her legs apart and you can stand by the bed, between the legs and enter the vagina this way. In this position the visual stimulus to your erection and also your hands are free to stimulate the clitoris to get her aroused and hence more lubricated.

MBBS
Sexologist, Jaipur

Hi if your cycles are regular ovulation happens 14 days prior to expected date of next menses. Lh kits are available but it may be cumbersome. So I suggest you to have daily intercourse from 10th day of menses till 20th day. Ovulation day may be unpredictable. So regular intercourse for 10 days will suffice. Hope my answer helps you. Hi, When your previous menses was normal with 5-6 days of bleeding and there is no sexual activity after that till today, there are no chances of pregnancy. Hence there is no need to worry. The delay may be due to harmonal imbalance.

Focus on touching, kissing, and caressing each other in ways that heighten arousal before penetration. Try to relax and take it slowly. sex for the first time is always anxious and you dont need any pills to perform well.i suggest 1.Talk with each other about what feels good and how you both like to be touched. 2.spend more time in forplay like touching and kissing 3.To help ease penetration, add a of water-based lubricant on the opening of the vagina and to the outside of the penis or the condom. Reapply as often as necessary to ease any discomfort and increase pleasure. 4.Experiment with various positions. 5.If an erection goes away, remember it will most certainly come back. dont worry you will perform better with each sex encounter . to prevent pregnancy 1.Use condoms (it also prevents STD,HIV ) 2.she can use contraceptive pills Take care .
