You need get strengthen your muscles around knee. Do strengthening exercises of quads. Hams. & calf. Take few sitting under the supervision of physiotherapist he/she will teach you exercises the the same.

I think you are asking about shoulder pain. Many people have shoulder pain. It is usually because of impingement or Rotator cuff tear.

Lybrate-user both things are important for fat control. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercise preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Eat more fresh salad before meal.

It may be due to ingrowing toe nail, due to any injury or gout. Put your foot in lukewarm water with little salt in it for some time. Get the checkup of your blood uric acid level.

I met with an accident and my scapula bones were fractured on jund 2014. My doctors say it will take one year for the bones to join. I am aged 72 years, I am doing physio theropy exercises daily. I have got pain in my right arm and swelling also. I have got pain near the scapula. What is the remedy? I am taking nearly five tablets per day. Please advice. I have also got hunch back. Dear lybrate-user, Namaskar, May be your posture is wrong at the time of work out, get it corrected by your trainer. Also U R underweight, so take lots of protein foods. Forget about Testosterone. Take care.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Backache is a common ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do ask for detailed treatment plan..Don’t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

I am 28 years old and I am working on the computer for at least 10 hrs constantly on the computer and due to taht I am facing upper back pain problem. When I am sitting strait I feel good and confirtable, but due to work related concentration I majorly sit little lean toward forward, and on every 2-3 hrs, when pain starts I realise and I sit strait again for sometime, then again the same happen to me,

I am suffering from bit. D deficiency from last two years and have back pain and sexually weak. What can we do.

Vitamin D deficiency also has calcium deficiency accompanying. Get serum levels tested for both. An x-ray spine or Dexa scan for T score will give more clue whether backache is due to osteoporosis or not, also x-ray will provide whether osteoarthritis is also present. Consult a physician, you may require vitamin d3 and calcium supplements. If you write to me above tests reports, being orthopaedic specialist, I could advise specific medications if needed for osteoporosis or osteoarthritis as the case maybe. Sexual weakness is usually due to physical weakness, deficiency of hormones or undue mental stress. All this can be taken care of by a physician or by me after tests advised. Androgen meds help for both bone mineralization and sexual weakness if any.

Try to avoid weight lifting for few days. Till your pain completely subsides. Another important thing, try to decrease your weight of ring. Apply luke warm mustard oil and mix garlic in it. Massage over affected area. Do not use move and spray.

Give the rest for injury area apply ice fermentation 3 times a day avoid weight lifting. Apply this methods for 2 days. If the pain is not reduced consult orthopaedic physician or physiotherapist for further evaluation and treatment.

Seems to be frozen shoulder due to high sugars or other complication. See needs to go for physiotherapy and ultrasonic diathermy of shoulder joint for partial relief.
