Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

I had appendix operation in my teens. In my college days I was more busy in studies and no physical activities and ate whatever came in front (by this time I had already started putting weight. I was in 90s). Now that I started working which is usually sitting or desk job and no physical hard work. I have crossed limit of weight I am now 113. I have more fat around my belly. Now when I am trying to reduce I find It extremely difficult. Some say it is because of the operation I had and it won't go.(since ladies usually after delivery operation have fat around their bellies) Please someone enlighten me and give suggestions to reduce belly fat soon. Since it becoming obstacle in my marriage proposals.

Get rid of all kinds of excuses and replace that with Self- belief that YES I CAN. 4. Aim for 2-3 KGS a month. Not more. Aim for long term weight loss. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Please, you seem to be under weight please sleep early and wake up early do regular pranayam and yoga and morning walk avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid chilees for few days only take cap wokride 10 1 tab yastimadhu 20 1 1 syp mucaine 2tsf 2 times re consult after 10 days.

Sometimes I have pain in my mouth under my tongue and I do not know what to do at that time I have eaten pain killers but it does not response good. What should I do?

You might have accidentally injured your floor of the mouth - area under the tongue while chewing or eating or you might be having ulcers! do you have swelling or redness! do check for these signs as without any details it's difficult to know the cause! alternatively you should consult a dentist!

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

I am from Pune I had habit of gutkha chewing due to this my mouth is not opening properly .it just open 3 cm Is it major problem. I stop the habit but I want to solve this problem what can I do now?

Immediate stop tobacco chewing habbit. Use cap sm fibro twice daily for 15 days and do exercise properly. Exercise step as follow 1-Open your mouth as much you can  2- Keep your two fingers in between your teeth for 5 minit  3- Repeat this 5-10 times each day  4- After 3 to 4 days try 3-4 finger same as last step. 5- Do this exercise for 3 to 4 weeks definitely you will get off from this problem.

follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician/me for Further Management
