Hello of course it can be cured. There are many reasons of pain you should go through proper investigation. Physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physio-therapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints. 4. As you mentioned it can be frozen shoulder. For this I advice you to take physiotherapy treatment for 15 days. Or apply heat fermentation with diclofenac gel and shoulder excercises at home can also be done. But physiotherapy will b faster to reduce pain and to gain strength in muscles.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hello lybrate-user, diabetic people often develop such weakness in peripheral muscles due to low distribution of sugar to muscles. So start doing strengthening exercises for upper limb with weights initially low and later putting on.

Exercise regularly including stretching, yoga and exercises by lying on back. Do not sit at one place for longer time, avoid bending and lifting heavy weight. Apply orthomove oil over back twice daily. You may need internal medication. Consult for that.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

If its diagnosed as arthritis, as you have only hands (palms) effected, due to age process, there would b chances for spreading gradually. Anyway you did not use any medications still, evn creams also you r saying, its good that in very late progress &i hope you can manage without medications to some extent. As home remedy, try to apply neem oil+castor oil or til oil together mixed n apply over jts. Effected daily 2-3 times. With gentle massage. Take 3-4litres /day is must. Consime lesss fat milk, curd, calcium rich cotents in food, do exercises particularly effecting the effected jts&for in general sake, walking etc.

hi vidya!!! head n back pain is common in pregnancy.only your BP should not be high.correct posture is important. use balm for headache.use pain sprays for backache. weight will increase don't worry. indigestion and acidity is also common.avoid fatty n spicy foods.take antacid syrup like digene half hour before meals. start going for a walk daily.you'll feel more active. these simple tips will help you feel better. if not then consult your obstetrician.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Had forearm fracture and fixed it with surgery by nail in the radius now 1 and half months over and cast is removed but after removing cast I feel pain in thumb finger and unable to bend it. After removal of cast exercise needs to be done Do ball squeezing activity multiple times a day Keep your hand in warm water adding salt to it twice a day Take a cloth & do table wiping activity If you have door knobs at home then you can do closing & opening activity with door knobs or you can make use of rolling pin (belan), hold one end of belan in your hand & another end must be held by some other person, now do the forearm rotation activity; only forearm should move elbow & shoulder must be stabilized If swelling is evident then do retrograde masaage; gentle massage with fingertips

In case of conjunctivitis with severe pain as described by you, it would probably be a better idea to use antibiotic eye drops as well in conjunction with lubricants and anti-allergic eye drops. Warm up your body before running. 4> Massage your shin muscles for 10-20 minutes. You can massage with ice. 5> Strengthen your lower legs. Ask your physiotherapist to teach you "Prevention For Runners Program" 6> Finally, have patience. Sometimes sore shins just happen and unless the pain is severe or sharp, you can train through it. Stay tough! NOTE: If your shin pain is severe, sharp, or lasts longer than a month, you should get it checked. You could have compartment syndrome." mednames="">That is termed as Shin Splints. It usually affect new runners or those who donot run consistently. It is caused by too much stress to the shin muscles. There are several reasons why you may be getting shin splints so one of these treatment options may not work for you. My recommendation is to experiment with all of these suggestions and if you can, implement them all. 1> Don't tie your shoes too tight. Doing so will restrict your shin muscles movement. 2> Avoid "three too's" - too much, too soon, too fast. Sudden increase in volume or intensity can over stress your shins making more susceptible to sore shins. 3> Warm up your body before running. 4> Massage your shin muscles for 10-20 minutes. You can massage with ice. 5> Strengthen your lower legs. Ask your physiotherapist to teach you "Prevention For Runners Program" 6> Finally, have patience.
