Is it true whether a person with diabetes Will seize to participate in sex with partner?

Hi Diabetics can enjoy a healthy and active sexual life with good control of diabetes. Diabetes when not controlled causes sexual dysfunction because of endothelial (inner lining of blood vessels) damage thereby causing damage to the blood vessels and nerves. If sex drive is reduced first we need to look into the control of diabetes and blood pressure. Also look at the medication list as some medications can have a side effect of causing sexual dysfunction. Maintain a healthy diet (lots of fruit, fresh vegetables and nuts) and exercise regularly to have a healthy sexual life.

Hello, Over the past couple of year I have developed high level of anxiety mostly when it comes to my physical appearance and sometimes when I think about my future. I am currently working in a service based company in Bangalore and my salary is below the average as compared to national average (around 20K per month). There are other things like when I came to Bangalore I literally saw number to girls having multiple sex relationship and they don't feel guilty about it. Now that's my opinion, I may be wrong but again I don't like such women's. That being said sometime I feel bad for people who are married to women's like that. Is it normal that I having such thoughts or it's inappropriate. One more thing I would like to say is that I believe I have as much potential as others do but every-time I fail to recognise it. I think I have failed my parents and they are not happy with me. And last but not the least PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. I have been told or say reminded by a lot of people that I am UGLYand even I think that is true because honestly no girls give a damn about me, every-one simply ignores me. Please I need help. I can't live with these thoughts any longer. Regards,

You need to grow up. Any adult having consensual sexual relationship with another adult is not wrong, since women are more expressive about their sexual needs, being in a cosmopolitan city like Bangalore, you need to accept these facts and should not judge them morally. Regards to your potential, since you r very confident, good, use that as a ladder and work hard in a proper way and start earning more. Do not be fixed with a company, if you r doing well, send feelers to other companies and if they pay more jump, this is how you can come up. Also you r parents may not judge you bad, for all or most their kids are their own and remove the negative thoughts. Regarding your appearance, even ugliest people r becoming superstars in movies, so atitude matters, carry and dress in a manner so people adore and respect u. All the best.

You can't target a specific area of body with an isolated solution. You have to achieve all round fat loss and toning. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

HII, I am 21 years, female I have little dark, but clear face. But I want glow and fairness skin how I improve it? Is it any home remedies?

•Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. •Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. •Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results) •Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. •Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

Start with Dulcamara 30, 3 drops once daily for 7 days. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your back and neck. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the affected areas.

Take protein rich food with mineral like calcium, zinc and magnesium eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption of food and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful.

The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your crabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

I have bad breath problem, whenever I open my mouth after eating something, my mouth starts bad breathing, help me.

Start using a mouthwash after any meal, cause brush only clean 50% area of oral cavity rest 50% require mouthwash. So add mouthwash along with brush in your daily oral health regime, make sure to choose a mouthwash that can be use on long term basis cause many mouthwash on long term use may cause side effect. And I also advice you to visit a dentist for professional cleaning.

chewing cardamom (ilaichi) or clove can help but will not cure the problem. this is basically a kind of gum infection which develops due to deposition of plaque and calculus around teeth. visit a dentist for professional cleaning of your teeth, this will help in removal of these layers. follow strict oral hygiene habits along with the instructions given by the dentist brush twice a day along with rinsing your mouth after every meal. clean the tongue too because food particles also gets deposited on it. you can use antibiotic mouth rinses for a few weeks.

Wear sunscreen during daytime, cover the parts adequately. Use vit c serum at bedtime. Eat vit a and vit c rich food and sleep for 7 hours a day, exercise for an hour everyday.

If you want to lose weight. Then running / jogging is a good option. 1. You can start with 20 mins jog @ speed of 7-8 Kmph. 2. After that you can increase time to 30-40 minutes and also increase speed from 8 to 10 kmph. 3. Do is slowly and gradually. 4. If you can't do it together then do it in two rounds of 20-20. 5. Do 5 rounds of Surya Namakar daily and keep adding 5 additional rounds every month. 6. Aim to enhance your heart rate to 120-140 per minute while you exercise.

Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Relax, do not stress your self for reducing weight post pregnancy. If are still feeding the baby, diet has to be proper. You can avoid sugar and fats. Start with some yoga and pranayam. Do butterfly asana for sure.
