Obviously who is not having complete sleep will feel lethargic & weak. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours and make sure your head is in south or east direction while sleeping never on north or west, going gym is a nice thing but if you miss your gym that day try to do some pushups, situps or few other body exersies at home.

Take paracetamol tablet after dinner and go to sleep. If your head still feels heavy or pains then Consult back,you might have migraine or other problem.

I have 3.5 years boy, got diagnosed by rickets, currently we are giving him uprise d 1 ml morning and night respectively as well as ostocalcium, 2 days back we got some urine issue and found phiomosis, done urine routine found 4+ protein in it, can guide was it due to current infection or guide for proper treatment. Thanks.

It is due to urine infection. Get urine test done for pus cells, if pus cells are present then I advise you for private consultation from me where I will tell you treatment for this.

It can be a burning sensation or a shooting pain that makes your nerves from the knee to the hip go crazy. At this stage you would be unable to walk, stand or apply any kind of pressure on your kneeYou will see that your knee has swollen to almost double its initial size. The swelling happens as the blood and fluids flow into the injured area.Your knee will feel tight and you won’t be able to bend or straighten your knee. You would feel as if your knee is locked in one position. You cannot put absolutely any of your body weight on your knee.

Go to bed early @ night, try to maintain sleep hours. Say 11/12 to 6/7am. Stop sleeping in the day time more than 30 min take hot water bath@ night, do reading before going to bed.

DEAR lybrate-user. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things . 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 4) avoid coffee and tea…5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 1 TSF of HENBANE SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA along with 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 2 tablets of MAHALAXMIVILAS RASA along with AUDUMBARAVLEHA at night before sleep. D) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.
