Ok start physiotherapy treatment and come out your problem. A checkup of vit d and calcium levels. After relief start stretching exercise in daily routine avoid long sitting and toward bending.

Wear knee cap it might be due to more excess load coming on knee. Or chance of ostea arthritis but it would be confirmed after x ray only.

If your shoulder was really dislocated, then it should be put in arm chest bandage for 6 weeks. The bandage should be changed every week.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have a back pain from since 1 year. I can control it by taking rest for 3 to 5 hrs. But also it repeats when I went for drive on bike 50 kms a day. It starts again and again. Even though when I do small works of hm cleaning it pains too. Other wise no pain till the work done by me.

Hello, there are multiple reasons causing back pain, consult a physiotherapist to analyze exact reason of your back pain and also to cure it at root cause level. Meanwhile you should understand the pain causing activities and should avoid it till you are being treated and advise from your physiotherapist. Also starting any exercise without being diagnosed can lead to severe consequences. Meanwhile take rest, avoid biking and apply ice for 8-10 minutes on the painful area daily thrice.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. What you must know about body ache

Affecting your entire body, body ache is usually an indicator of a condition that requires your attention for the pain to stop or a reaction of your body's immune system to an infection. Understanding the symptoms and the cause of the pain is the first step towards getting the right treatment for your problem.
 

The causes of body ache can be any one of these:

  •   an increase in your body's lactic acid as a result of overused muscles (that you normally experience when you perform strenuous exercises) leads to body aches that are not severe but temporary in nature.
  •   temporary body aches can also occur if you suffer from flu caused by the influenza virus and other medical conditions like fever and viral infections, among others.
  •   a cause of body aches can be the presence of a serious condition such as Lyme disease or pneumonia that brings about major infection affecting your entire body.
  •   inflammation of body cells or damage to your body's nervous system in the form of chronic ailments like autoimmune diseases and psychiatric problems can also cause pains and aches to develop all over the body.

What can you do to manage it?

There are simple ways that you can employ to relieve your body aches based on the root cause and these are:

  •   if the cause of your body ache is the flu, the best way to alleviate your condition is to take a hot bath. The hot water works by eliminating the body pains you may be suffering from. Even a gentle massage can soothe the ache affecting your entire body.
  •   for body aches that are caused due to overused muscle, you need to apply ice packs for 2-3 weeks on the affected area to bring down the inflammation. Even the application of a heating pad can help in relieving body aches brought on by muscle soreness.
  •   shoulder and neck pains can be easily prevented by performing simple exercises from time to time such as shoulder shrugs or head turns. Also, the practice of using wrist and forearm rests can reduce your chances of getting shoulder and neck aches.
  •   reducing your stress levels can also help in effectively lowering the instances of body ache. From sleeping on time to meditating for about 20 minutes a day can help in lowering stress.

Hello, I am Dr. Mathur (orthopedic surgeon) from new delhi. Welcome to lybrate. Feeling tired and lethargic can be due to a number of reasons. So you're right in going through a routine executive check up to find the cause of the same. I would suggest the following blood tests for the same: complete hemogram with esr, rft, lft, free t3, free t4, tsh, blood sugar fasting, vitamin d levels, vitamin b12 levels along with ecg and x ray chest pa view. Revert back with investigation reports.
