Hello, As per your history it seems infection has entered the pulp of some adjacent teeth of the concerned area, and because of that there is inflammation in periapical area of tooth , which is appearing as some localized swelling over the gums. You need to first visit the dentist, there he/she will take final call as it needs to be assessed clinically, by the way it seems as if you need a root canal treatment .

I got an unusual tooth decays from last 2 years I tried all type of toothpaste and gargle but nothing worked. I request yourself to suggest cause and remedy.

Toothpaste gargle won't help go to dentist n get all fillings done coz if cavities have become deep reached pulp will need root canal.

First stop tab. Betnesol unless given for any other indication than oral sores. Continue tab. Becosule twice daily for 3 days further and take betadine gargles, xytee gel for local application. If you dont feel relief in next 3 days with these, let me know.

Because of fractured tooth, you are suffering from sensitivity. You need to go for root canal treatment, followed by cap.

It is pericoronitis a local infection. Visit a dentist. Symptoms will subside after medication. If it reoccurs then go for removal of that wisdom tooth.

Cause of discoloration ? Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Sir, my lower jaw have been fractured on 4.3.15 and the Dr. Had done the fixed wiring.Then I come to home from my work place. Then after 2 weeks. The thin wire holding the both jaws got loose. After 3 weeks doctor has removed the thin wire. But I am confused that my bone is healed or what. Would it will be normal?

That fixing is called imf its like plaster , when hand fracture occurs imf dont heal it only allows your bone to be in contact for natural healing process to occur so if your docter has removed plaster it means ur fracture is healed

Hi, you need to get a check up clinically to figure out if only the crowns are moving or crowns along with implants are moving in the jaw. If the implants are moving they need to be replaced but if only the crowns are moving they can be tighten. You can go back to your dentist who did your treatment and get the solution for the same.

Hi mah, cleaning and polishing does not weaken your teeth. Gaps are created by the debris which forms inbetween the teeth. so when we remove the debris it is seen as gaps.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need root canal treatment. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. Advise c. Amox 500mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Metrogyl 400mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice daily (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing, allergy), c. Becosules 1-0-0 once daily all for 3 days only. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dear this is due to dryness of the mouth, this is because of lack of mucus in the mouth which is protective layer of our mouth, and is being produced in the mouth by glands which will be helped by good and healthy blood supply to the glands, blood with good blood cells will take oxygen to the gland and gland works, they require oxygen in ample of amount, so if you do not take iron diet on daily basis than this will lead to less of mucus production and hence lead to dryness and thick mucus problem, this thick mucus leads to irritation in mouth hence leads to itching in the mouth, start taking good iron diet on daily basis, and shakes, avoid salty and spicy food.

Here are 7 natural ways to help cure the problem of bad breath at the systemic level through diet:


1. Drink more water

Believe it or not, dehydration is one of the most common causes of bad breath.
