Hi. Lies down on hard surface on your back. Put a tennis ball on your trigger point. And roll for 5 minutes initially you got pain. After then you can relief .If still persist. U can go for physiotherapy.

Hello Doctor. I am a 15 year old boy. I face pain in the back right side of my chest. It feels like something is poking me and like a burning sensation only at the back side of right chest.
It actually pains when I hold my urine for a long time, it feels like that but I am not sure. It has started since I accidentally got the rice gone inside my wind pipe. I was eating and suddenly a grain of rice got inside my wind pipe and I felt difficulty breathing properly for at least 1 minute. I don't know if it came out or not. The grain of rice made me to suffer a lot. I had so difficulty breathing but I got fine after sometime. As soon as that incident took place there started a pain only at the back right side. I also get stomach pain near to the kidneys when I get up almost everyday. I feel that it pain because I hold urine for long an don't go out to pass the urine during mid night time as I sleep very nicely. I thought these pains are due to infection and started taking amoxicillin without doctor's prescription. S o Doctor can you tell me what my problem really is.
