How to fill the pore of our face and also improve the skin and remove the dryness?
Hi Mr. lybrate-user I would recommend you for glowing skin and dryness use an apple it’s also good for resizing your pores, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin color and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or you can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water. Citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. And also watch your diet, are you taking all the nutrients. If you want to know more or any medical treatment for that, then contact me again.

Hi lybrate-user To stop hair fall I would recommend you use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least checks your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall. If you want to know more or any medical treatment for hair fall, contact me again.

Hi lybrate-user, Restriction on height is 18 years for males. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. You can increase your height 2 -3 inches without age limit. I will recommend you some yoga exercise for increase your height. Do it on regular bases with a positive attitude. 1. Suryanamaskar 2. Sukhasan 3. Hi lybrate-user, If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. I will recommend you for weight reduction dieting is not the right way to reduce weight rather than plan your diet properly. Some tips, a diet chat, and yoga for you. Tips: Avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. Avoid consuming food at late night. Take fiber rich diet like vegetables and fruits Avoid: Do not eat sugar sweets chocolates ice cream cold drinks sweet biscuits jam cake white bread cheese butter noodles milk and milk product. Diet Chart: You can also follow this chart (1200 calories) 1. EARLY MORNING upama/ poha/oats/ daliya 1 soup bowl or tea without sugar/green tea/black tea with 2 marie biscuits or plane roti 2 small size with 1 small bowl of green vegetable 2.MID MORNING 1 fruit Guava/ orange/apple 3.LUNCH salad 1 medium bowl dal 1 soup bowl green veg 1 small bowl pulka 2 without ghee 4.EVENING tea without sugar/green tea/black tea/lemon water rosted chana /muri 5. Good afternoon Doctor, I'm from Mumbai & working as a professional. Doctor I want to lose/ burn my fat as I'm 76 kg and 5.10" tall plus I'm planning to join Gym most probably by this week. Hi lybrate-user, I would recommend you For dark circles use almond oil at night leave for over night, will help fade you under eye circles. And take 1.saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. Drink plenty amount of water at least 8 to 10 glasses per day. Prefer green vegetables and fruits.
