Hi lybrate-user The course of treatment depends on the cause of the leg pain. The causes of leg pain can be musculoskeletal, neurological, or vascular. Few of the tips to decrease leg pain. Pain in the toe can arise due to abnormalities or injury to any of the structures in the toe, including skin, nerves, bones, blood vessels, and soft tissues. The most common causes of toe pain include ingrown toe nails, bunions, cuts or scrapes, other injuries, blisters, and corns and calluses, muscular stiffness, etc. So the cause needs to be evaluated. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. you are having planterfascitis, -do walk on ur toes after getting up from bed. -keep ur foot in hot water for 15,mins daily, -stretching exercises for TA muscle (search on net) - u can fix ankle cushion in your shoes for better relief. wear different shoes in gap of two-three days.

Your suffering from TMJ dysfunction. Due the one sided chewing it causes much pressure over the Tempero mandibular joint resulting in edema over the joint. This results in pain. Do you have any dental caries? How long do you have this symptoms These questions r needed to be answered to say about the correct treatment method. But do not worry it ll subside faster if you try to chew bilaterally.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For your optimum function & alertness after a hectic day you require at least 7-8 hrs of sleep in the night, less sleep will cause lethargy, tiredness & difficulty to concentrate for a long time - if you sleep less then to freshen you you can take a short nap for 10 - 15 min whenever you find that you are not able to concentrate properly & feeling sleepy or lethargic - also to remain alert for long periods you have to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables & whole grains, have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration as even mild dehydration will make you feel tired - also include 10 min of exercise in the morning or any other part of the day as it greatly helps in boosting our metabolism & hence energy supply to the body - destress by listening to music or take a walk in the open fresh air or any other activity which will freshen you up - keep intake of tea, coffee to the minimum 2-3 cups per day) as can cause acidity - napping for 5-10 min is not a disease it can refresh your brain & you will be able to concentrate better.
