Hi I have back pain for the last 10 yrs. I am writing from BD and want to take treatment from a reputed doctor.
Hey. I had a pettelar dislocation on 21st sep 2016 and my mri was done on 11 oct 2016 nd it said that I had a partial LCL ligament tear and meniscus grade 1 tear and moderate knee joint effusion. I am able to bend my leg but not completely .i am able to walk with a knee supporter but I am unable to walk properly. I walk like old aged people .i am doing cycling to restore my quadriceps strength. Can you tell me is my walking prblm is due to weak quadriceps or sumthn else .nd can you please tell my how much n for how long should I cycle in a day .and please suggest some more exercises if required. thanks so much.

I am19 year old and I have a lower back pain in right side from 3 months when I am bending forward. It starts after gyming, so I left the jim in 1 months. Dr. prescribed me a medicine i.e zerodol mR, renal and calcium 500. Dr. Said it is joint pain but I have not get any relif. What should I do, should I continue med.
Sir. I had back pain .Dr advice me to do CRP test. It came 24 mg/dl. .Sir wt to do now m so scared. BT pain reduced now than before.

Sir I was having pain in my left knee for some time. I was a regular tennis player. My Orthodox advised me undergo MRI for my left knee After seeing my MRI my Orthodox asked to refrain n stop tennis altogether. Its been now more than six months dat I have played tennis.
