Hi lybrate-user! you have to follow proper diet to increase your wt. 1- small and frequent meals 2- include all food groups in your diet. 3- take proper amount of proteins. 4- don't skip meals 5- don't take stress.

Hi lybrate-user! you should follow a proper diet and along with diet you should do weight lifting exercises. You can start with some supplements also but it depend how much workout you are doing. Thanks.
