Lakme sunsreen above spf 30 is good for oily skin .Avoid applying soaps to face.Include citrus fruits and salads in your diet for complexion.Don't use any bleaching agents for skin.Apply plain cream or lotion which doesn,t have harsh chemicals.Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /per day) minimum Eat salads everyday (carrots,cucumber,beetroot)

Mention your weight and abdominal circumference. If you are overweight and abdominal pressure is more due any reason ,then eating and drinking water will increase the abdominal pressure more,pushing the diaphragm up and reducing lung capacity causing breathlessness.

When pressure is low you will feel giddiness and will lie down on your own and when its high you might have headache.

I have disease of colitis problem so I can't understand how can I remove from this problem, I suffering from irregular bowel problems. I had consulted with doctor but I have no remedy.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Hi sir/madam, I'm 21. I want to know whether I'm stable or not. I don't know why I'm like this. I don't know whether I'm normal or not. From a long time I'm suffering from extreme emotions. (I can't explain correctly so I'll day some examples how I feel) For example: when I listen to a song and it is based on friendship I recollect when I spend time with friends and I can't control my feeling. I feel like I want to relive in that moment and I feel like I want to run and search for that moment. That feeling is extreme I can't control that sometimes I feel like I want to cry, sometimes I feel like I want to run and find something. And I used to check things again and again. Example: when I try to put bottle cap. And ill check whether I did it properly or not. I know it placed properly but I can not control myself to check it again and again. I think its not rotated properly so I used to rotate and rotate sometimes the cap has broken because to rotating too tight. I'm trying to do things but I can't. Basically when I feel like I want to become like someone I used to think I'm already like them and enjoying with them and I can completely feel that. For example: I like cricket when someone score a hundred I feel like I did that I use to think what I'll do at that time. And completely thinking about it entire the day. And I can't concentrate on things I'm doing. When I saw a aeroplane I feel like I want to be in that aeroplane and somebody in that plane are enjoying I also want to enjoy like them and I can't control myself I want to go and do something to stay there. I'm day dreamer what I do I'm not doing with focus a situation strikes in my mind and use to think of it continuously. And when I try to start a think I fell like I can't do that so I stop doing it (at beginning or in between) When I saw a negative situation I feel that it happened to my and I know its not good I want to divert my mind but I can't do that. I will try to come out from that situation but I can't. I'm afraid to do a things. If I want to study a topic I think like this I didn't listen to that topic in classes. Can I read it and if I listen to class I think I can read well and if a bought video class of that topic when I try to listen I feel I think its not the correct time to study and according to survey we can concentrate for 15 min only this class is for 1 hour can I listen to it. I think I can't listen to it. I feel like this. But once I'm in that I try to do things better. I didn't said about my feelings to anyone till now. Even my patents also don't know it. I'm facing some situations from my childhood I don't know that makes me a person like this. I feel so sad sometimes I want to cry but I didn't do that. I use to keep that feeling inside me. I'm not living life that I like. From pasy 2 days anger increasing in me. I want to break something in that anger but I think it cost to much so I won't break. When I want to discuss something with my parents they say something but I don't like that. I can't do it against to them. I feel like I'm dying in that problem. And I'm thinking now that I can't spend time with my family because they won't understand me so I'll be alone I like my mother a lot (my father will not do any work my mom take care of me andsisterfrom our childhood) when I try to say something I like and I want to do it she says we can't to that because of financial problem and even though when I show interest to that my mom says you are selfish you don't understand others. But the truth is I always understand others but others don't. I want to do things I like but I don't do that because I know my parents can't afford it and kill my though I'm understanding them but they says I'm not understanding them. My father don't do any work and make us trouble. I feel I'll be like him. Please help me I don't want to live like this and bcoz of text restrictions I can't say totally. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user, Seems there are some personality issues apart from that you may have obsessive compulsive disorder which is quite evident from what you described however it will be confirmed once all the symptoms and case details are taken. Don't worry its completely curable, consult a psychologist for therapy and psychiatrist for medication. You will need exposure and response therapy in this problem. You will get better soon. Practice Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing. Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing. All the best.

It may be due to menstruation. So get a urine test done only after one week of menstruation. Otherwise this is quit normal. 2 to 3 RBC s are not significant.

The effects are good if you are using inhalational steroids. They prevent / reduce the progression of disease at the cost of minor side effects. If you do cost/benefit analysis, using inhalational steroids is a win-win situation.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Posture correction must. Avoid computer work. Do stretching exercises and use cervical collar for sm time.

Try this without medicine 1. Use tea tree face wash with tea tree toner daily 2. Aha glow also works wonders for acne prone skin. You can rub your face with 1% concentration of salicylic acid in aha glow face wash daily. 3. Use sunscreen daily twice. 4. Eat a diet rich in vitamin c 5. Include green leafy vegetables in your diet 6. Apply kojic acid cream at night.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.
