I'm 27 years and I have access weight I do not eat much but I don't know my weight is just adding on. My stomach is bloated and it's an embarrassing. I'm looking my hair too it's like I'm almost bald in the centre of my scalp. Please advise.

Hi lybrate-user, generally people think that if you will eat less you loose weight but this a big Meath. Eating less will increase your weight because when you starve yourself your bony start reserving your next meals in the form of fat and hence result is weight gain and it definitely cause gas and acidity and you are very young and in this age group this is not a good sign so it's better to start a healthy lifestyle, start taking all the meals on time include fruits vegetables proteins in your diet consult a professionals for the good lifestyle, if you want me to help you in order to making a personalized diet plan you can contact me.

All non veg food are rich source of vitamin B12 and sprouts, curd, idli, lassi these are rich veg source of vitamin B12.
