My question is about weight loss vs fat loss. I've been trying to lose weight for many years. I've had some success. But I'm now reading that weight loss is not what I should be aiming for and fat loss is better.
I am over weight but my diet very less and I am very active from the time I wake up till I am off 2 sleep why my weight does not reduce and I feel so tired I can never wke up in morning before 8 am whole day I hardly get 2 even sit done all thyroid n all test nothing hs come out what cn be the issue how 2 reduce weight I am doing yoga also.
I lost around 5 kg in 4 months going to gym when I was 85 kg and then I had a injury in my knee so after that I didn't go to gym it's been around 8 months going to gym but I was playing cricket and also walk 3 km in a day to my work but still I gained weight by 10 kg and now I'm 90 kg and my waist line increasing. Again I have started gym and please suggest me how I need to reduce more weight and I don't eat junk foods south Indian food and chapati is normal available in my home?
