Suggestions: 1.Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight. 2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that. 3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone’s cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats. 4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism. 5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day. 6. No, it will not. It is the expression of "GENES" that decide when and how tall you will grow. Your genes determine no less than 80 per cent of your height and new research shows that the combination of for male ,their height can increase till 21-25 years (max) approx but for females it is 18 years approx. Age is not only factor ,some people grow taller before 18 and some after. Proper diet, proper sleep and exercise plays more important role than age. And ultimately several thousand ordinary genetic variations determines your height. However, I would recommend following 1. Take Ashwagandha 2. Drink Milk 3. Indulge in Yoga 4. Stretch Your Body 5. Engage in Exercise and Sports.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis/hepatitis or irritable bowel disease 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking recommended a private consultation.

120 Diastolic bp can be an emergency. Do not ignore it, specially when you are having chest pain. It could become angina, reduce your weight and consult after lipid profile, ecg, daily bp recordings of 7 days.

I am a Zumba Instructor and I am teaching zumba and dance from last 2 years. I can see the weight loss in my clients but somehow I am gaining fat in belly and thighs.
