It's sebaceous cyst. Surgical removal is best option. Other wise it may get infection. Creat more problems later on.

Tab teczine 5 mg once daily, glycerin lotion apply twice daily, tenovate ointment apply twice daily- 2 weeks.

Apply momate cream twice daily for 2 weeks, as next time winter approaches use woollen shocks. It's appears to be perniosis.

Electrocautery removal or cryotherapy can be done. Topical application of watnil or selectin lotion on lesion at night can also be done.
