U need to wait till 7 days after the missed period. If negative then keep repeating it every week till you get menses. You have to read it within 5 min of putting the urine and even faint second line is positive. As for the sex on 10th march, test will come positive only after 25th march is menses does not come by that time.

Diet must be rich in iron, vitamins, minerals and protein. Increase your load of milk, green leafy vegetables, salads and water. You can do light exercises like breathing, yoga, stretching. Wear proper clothes preferably loose fitting and no heels please. Rest in lateral position preferably left lateral 2 hours in afternoon and 8 hours at night.

I suffer normal morphology 1% only and normal DNA fragmentation is 48% is normal. What I do to my solution. My married life is 4 years. What is difference between IVF AND ICSI. Which is best for me. Please help me sir.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, DGO
IVF Specialist, Mumbai
Please note according to WHO criteria 2010 the percentage of normal sperms should be at least 4%. Looking at your sperm Morphology which is 1% which is quite low. We would recommend an IMSI for that. Regarding Sperm DNA fragmentation it is quite high, it should be less than 15%. For that you need to take antioxidants which will help upto certain extent. Take Antioxidants for at least 3 months and repeat the semen after that.

As a matter of fact it is good that you didn't conceive so fast because after one d&c you should give atleast 6 to 9 months gap to get pregnant again have patience you will conceive again try to have sexual relationship every alternate day from day 10 to 20 of your cycle considering first day of the periods as day one

Agar aapko baby chahiye to pcod ko treat karna padega. Wt bhi kam karna padega. Waise bhi pcod ko treat karne k liye bhi wt kam karna padata hai. To baby conceive karne me jyada dikkat nahi hogi. Aap junk food band kar dijiye. Apni life style change kijiye. Healthy food jyada lijiye.

Health Benefits of Spinach

Sexologist Clinic
Sexologist, Faridabad
  • Spinach is a potent source of magnesium, which helps dilate blood vessels, according to Japanese researchers. Better blood flow to the genitals creates greater arousal for men and women. (Although you’ll probably need more than leafy greens to stoke her arousal.
  • Try the Spinach and other green vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, Swiss chard, and bok choy are also good sources of our favorite sex nutrient—folate.
  • Extra insurance for good reproductive health, folate may lower blood levels of a harmful substance called homocysteine. This abrasive amino acid irritates the lining of arteries and encourages plaque to adhere to it. A high level of homocysteine is a significant risk factor for peripheral arterial disease (PAD).
  • But it appears that dietary folate is protective. In a study of 46,000 men, Harvard University researchers found that those who consumed the most folate daily were 30 percent less likely to develop PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease) than men who ate the fewest folate-rich foods.
