HI Lybrate USER… 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals… 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily… Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.

1. Pls get a sonography done to evaluate for any abnormality internally. 2. strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if u r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. try to keep ur bowel clear. Avoid constipation. 3. Do have gud sleep - atleast 7 hrs a day.....avoid sleeping very late nights. although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Hi. Avoid citrus fruits like lemon, orange etc. Rest all fruits you can take. Though fruits usually does not cause acidity.

Can you please suggest some food so that my baby will have fair skin.
Use following diet in pregnancy lunch: broccoli and pea soup a fantastic light lunch that's easy to digest and is full of folate. Serve with crusty bread and reduced-fat hummus, to make it even more nutritious. This recipe uses fortified soya milk, so it's fine to eat if you're a vegan, but you can replace it with semi-skimmed cow's milk if that's what you have to hand. Serves four, and freezes well, if you have leftovers. Ingredients 2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil 1 large onion, roughly chopped 500g broccoli, roughly chopped 250g frozen peas 500ml unsweetened fortified soya milk (or semi-skimmed milk) 500ml vegetable stock black pepper, to taste method preparation time: 20 minutes cooking time: 20 minutes in a large, non-stick saucepan or casserole, fry the onion in the oil until soft. This should take about 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and peas. Cook for a few minutes, stirring often. Add the soya milk and stock, and bring the soup to the boil. Then turn down the heat, cover the pan, and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the broccoli is soft. Transfer to a food processor or blender, or use a stick blender and whizz until smooth. Snack: orange with stem ginger and dates give your immune system a boost in those early weeks with a fresh orange, which is a great source of vitamin c. The ginger may help to relieve nausea, and adds a spicy kick to the orange. Ingredients 1 large orange handful of dates stem ginger in syrup method preparation time: 5 minutes peel the orange and slice it horizontally, arranging the slices on a plate. Chop a few dates and sprinkle on the orange. Then chop the stem ginger finely and add a few slivers on top. Dinner: beef and black-eyed bean casserole black-eyed beans are high in folate and a good source of fibre. This delicious stew is an easy way to incorporate beans into your diet. The bacon and sun-dried tomatoes are high in salt, so you won't need to add any stock or salt. Serves four, and can be frozen. Ingredients 150g lean bacon, cubed 1 large onion, roughly chopped 500g lean stewing beef 1 large (400g) can black-eyed beans, drained and rinsed 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped 1 tbsp plain flour 400ml water 2 bay leaves black pepper method preparation time: 15 minutes cooking time: one hour 30 minutes preheat the oven to 160 degrees c, or gas mark 3. Add the bacon and onion to a non-stick frying pan and cook over a gentle heat, until the bacon releases its fat and the onion is browned. Remove from the pan and add to a large casserole, along with the beef, beans, paprika and tomatoes. Sprinkle over the flour and stir in. Pour over the water, tuck in the bay leaves and stir well. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put a jacket potato in the oven at the same time as the stew. Serve with steamed broccoli or spinach, and carrots or sweetcorn.

Two months ago I visited a call girl in a massage parlour. Though I had a protected sex, being idiotic, I gave her oral. From that very night I had been feeling cough. Then I got sore throats. It's been two months but not cured yet in spite of having paracetamol and antibiotics purchased from local pharmacy. I checked that I have got white spots in my swollen throat. Have I got gonorrhoea? Please avoid taking self medication, which will harm your body. You are having these symptoms since two months and still experimenting which again will harm the body and will make your condition difficult to treat. I want to know that if there is any issue with nerve of penis, does it causes Premature ejaculation. Basically I have premature ejaculation and I ejaculate immediately after having erections. I can't maintain an erection. And after night falls I feel burning sensations in penis. I have done URINE ROUTINE. It's normal. And when I wake up in morning I have a tight erections. No issues with erections. But while watching intimate scene I ejaculate immediately. Can you please clear the doubt of mine. That there is any issues with penis nerve. And blood flow. Hello .Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration. It happens with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes. It may result in unsatisfactory sex for both partners. Most cases of PE are not related to any disease and are instead due to psychological factors, including: Sexual inexperience. Novelty of a relationship. Overexcitement or too much stimulation. Relationship stress. Anxiety. Guilty feelings. Depression. Issues related to control and intimacy. Prevention = Stop the stimulation for 30-60 seconds and start again once you feel that you have regained control. Repeat this process 4-5 times, stopping and are sting every time you feel that you are about to have an orgasm. Finally, let the ejaculation occur, so that you can identify the point of no-return.
