1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Hello, you seem to be sleeping only for 4 hours a day however human body needs atleast 6-8 hours of sleep to work efficiently. Try avoiding caffiene rich items like tea, coffee, colas 4 hours prior to sleep. Have warm milk at bedtime add khas- khas and elaichi powder to it. Take warm water bath and then try to sleep. If this does not work then consult your physician. Also try to do 60 minutes of physical activity daily but not closer to sleeping time.

Dear Kuldeep... You definitely do not have to worry. If you are facing problems of early discharge (premature ejaculation) almost always, then you may start Tab. Prilixet 30 mg, 1-2 hours before having sex. Continue it for 2 weeks and get back to me for a follow up.

Now-a-days, there are chances that a person will get diabetes whether or not there is family history of diabetes. Anyways, the possibility increases in case of positive family history. You need to live a stress-free healthy lifestyle which will include some form of daily exercise with a balanced diet to prevent diabetes.

lybrate-user, Sometimes due to surgery and dye given creatinine level increases, have a watch on this level if it's decreases no need of dialysis and if it's increasing and he has symptoms like blanching breathlessness, bradycardia, hyperkalemia, etc he would be requiring dialysis. No such side effects of it, just make sure you get it done from good dialysis centre where infection rates are less and nephrologist is available all the time to look after.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Have buffalo or cow milk. (Hot/ cold) with milk powder. For weight gain in a healthy way, 1. Have 3 litres water daily. 2. Have frequent meals comprising foods high in nutrient & energy density but low in volume. Ex: fruit & almonds milkshake, cheese potato chicken sandwich, egg curry, rice/ atta maida roti with ghee, til chikki, dry fruits, premix, malt, soybean cutlets, fish fingers, stuffed parathas, banana, dates, mango. 3. Avoid water with or just before meals 4. Have 15 mins light walk before main meals to enhance appetite. Consider getting a thyroid test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.

Every pathological reports are nopositive. ESR and CRP are found above the average level whenever investigated. Bilateral sacroiliac joint show hypointensity along the iliac side on both T1-weighted and T2-weighted images in subarticular location suggestive of focal sclerosis. Small erosions seen along bilateral articular margins. Negative for local areas of T2 STIR hyperintensities to suggest local oedema. Probable Fibromyalgia (FM) with Spondyloarthritis (SpA). MRI SI joints with screening of lumbosacral spine shows: Features to suggest bilateral sacroiliitis as described. Symptoms: Musculoskeletal pain Sleep disturbances and interrupted  light sleep or daytime sleepiness (can’t sleep if went bed after 9 pm). 3 .Mood swing and do not like rush, hard smell, noisy sound, light and party-function. Sensitivity to loud noises or bright lights. 4. Unknown Fear, Anxiety, Memory loss, cognitive difficulties, unable to concentrate. 5. Pain and swelling in any part of body (Especially in joint or near to joint). 6. Pain area may change in days, weeks or months (any two of neck, hip, lower back, upper back knee ,ankle, chest bone etc.). Affected Part’s temperature high. 7. Suppress Appetite 8. Chronic, diffuse, sharp, throbbing, or severe pain in muscles, tendons, and ligaments around the joints and near to joints. It migrates over the body. 9. Constipation, passing excessive amounts of gas always, gastrointestinal reflux diseases, foul smell from mouth, frequent urination 10. Feeling tired and weakness, fatigue 11.
