Well we have to evaluate you by blood tests with ultrasound abdomen also stool test. Upon evaluation also if needed colonoscopy we have to see whether you have ibs or some other issues.

Since last 4 months I am having problem with my stools. Whenever I get stools I hv to go to toilet immediately and post stools I feel lot of uneasiness in the stomach and has to go to for toilet second time within 5 minutes. After sometime uneasiness gradually goes off. Rest of the time I don't have any problem. Stools are soft only not watery. Kindly advise what could be my problem. My appetite also less and feel full after eating little food especially rice stuff and gas formation in stomach also there. I never had such problem earlier. In between I used azithromycin for 5 days for skin infections, this also aggravated to some extent.
