The commonest homeopathic medicines for this is Bryonia, Spigelia, lambda minora, Belladonna, Nux vomica. You can prevent yourself from sinusitis, don’t smoke, avoid persons that smoke, wash your hands, especially when you’re suffering from cold or flu. I’m a homeopath practicing in Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad. Today I will talk about constipation in infants and children. This is one of the most common issue for parents today. If a child having constipation, it will hamper his or her physical and mental health. Constipation is a condition of passage of small stool, small and hard stool basically with straining and pain during defecation. Basically, we can understand it in two ways, either the stool is hard that causes a lot of pain in defecation or the motion is soft but still the child has to strain a lot. Now, what are the causes in infants?
