avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee and cola in late evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok . 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing. take rtest and balanced diet.

You cannot target one body part. You have to have overall fat and weight loss. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

First of all you need to stop the habit of pricking or plucking your pimples. It will help you in reducing the dark spots. Second most important thing is to use effective sunscreen to prevent sun damage. Apply it at 4 hours interval to have maximum benefit.

First ensure that your sugar and bp are under control. Your bmi is 24 and you can do body strengthen ing exercises but before that consult your physician as you have blood pressure also as heavy exercises are not good for some patients of blood pressure.

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. According to yours height is ideal weight is 54to58 kg you are 17kg excess weight reduce your weight in early morning take green tea on breakfast take oats or delia in midmorning take fruits juice in lunch take salad before lunch n vegetables roti, curd or dal on evening take green tea with roasted channa in night take dalia or rava idli with chutney.

Every person have different type of skin nature. You should consult to doctor before using any medical product specially for fair skin. Homoeopathic medicines are safe only when you take it according to adviced by doctor. Product available in market manufacture according to company guide lines. You should check your skin type or nature before applying any cream or face wash. You can try some home treatment for fair skin 1. Drink Plenty of Water First of all try to drink plenty of water because it not only keep your body hydrated but also remove toxins from your body. Water requirement during summer season is increased because a lot of water is lost due to excessive sweating during summer season. So try to drink daily at least 12-14 glasses of water. 2. Banana and Milk Make a paste of banana and milk and apply on your skin for 15-20 minutes and wash it off with cold water. It will give you soft and glowing skin. 3. Cucumber and Yogurt For smooth, supple and glowing skin blend a half cucumber and 1 table spoon of yogurt in mixer then apply this of your face and neck. After 15 minutes rinse off with fresh water. 4. Rosewater For naturally glowing skin in summer season try to daily wash your face with rose water. Its natural cooling properties make it an excellent toner for the hot summer season. 5. Cucumber and Watermelon Juice Mix cucumber juice and watermelon juice in equal proportions and apply on face and neck. Keep this mixture at least for 20 minutes then rinse off with cold water. 6. Papaya Pulp and Lemon Juice Make a paste of papaya Pulp and lemon juice and apply on your face for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It will give you smooth and glowing skin. 7. Papaya, Honey and Egg White For soft and glowing skin you can also make a home based pack by 2 table spoons of mashed papaya, 1 table spoon of honey and 1 egg white. Mix them well and apply on your face and neck. Leave this for 15 minutes then rinse off with cold water and feel the freshness of soft, smooth and glowing skin. 8. Lemon Bleaching Lemon is a natural bleaching agent and can help remove the tan from your face. Lemon contains ascorbic acid due to which it can easily bleach tanned skin. Simply squeeze a lemon into a dish. Soak a cotton ball into the lemon juice and apply it all over your face and neck. Lemon is also considered best to give you glowing skin. Although Lemon is supposed to be a natural bleach but be aware that it dries the face. That' s why apply a good moisturizer or almond oil after washing off lemon. 9. Coconut Water Massage of Coconut water on the skin also give you soft, supple and glowing skin. Daily facial massage with coconut water will give you an amazing result within few days. 10. Lemon Juice and Honey For fair and glowing skin even in summer season massage your skin with mixture of lemon juice and honey because both Honey and Lemon are best natural bleaching agents for sun tanned skin. 11. Almond and Honey Take 4-5 almonds. Soak them overnight and peel them off in the morning. Grind them to make a fine paste. Now add some honey to make a thick paste. Now apply this on your face and neck for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse off with lukewarm water. This home remedy not only lighten your skin complexion but also creates a nature glow on your face. 12. Skin Exfoliation Don't forget to weekly exfoliate your skin with a good scrub. You can also make a good scrub at home by 4 to 5 table spoons of gram flour (besan), a pinch of turmeric (haldi), 5-6 drops of rose water and milk or yogurt. Mix them well to form a paste and use it to exfoliate your face and neck. 13. Natural Moisturizers For fair glowing skin apply natural moisturizers such as milk cream, yogurt or honey to your skin everyday and keep it for 15-20 minutes and then scrub it off with besan flour. 14. Cold Milk Massage Every night massage your face with cold milk because it cleanses your skin, removes the dead skin, moisturizes the skin and give you smooth and Fair glowing skin even in summer season. Some Precautions and Useful Tips (i). Always apply a good sunscreen 30 minutes before you step out. (ii). Avoid direct exposure to UV Sun rays and make use of hats, sunglasses and full covered dresses. (iii). Try to stay indoors between 11 am and 3 pm because during this time period sun’s rays are the strongest and can have an adverse effect on your skin. (iv). Wear loose fitting cotton clothes to release the trapped moisture so that your skin can breathe.

To reduce weight you have to diet and do exercises. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Ayurveda treats hairfall as pitta doshadhikya. So according to ayurveda you should do following things: 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) have a good sleep. 5) go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha.
