You need to get your tooth cleaned (scaling). After scaling ask your dentist weather you need whitening of tooth or not. Your problem of blood in saliva and loosening of tooth will be eradicated with scaling.

I have my teeth weakening day by day even after brushing well regularly. When I spit my saliva consists of blood mixed in it coming out from my gums. I am unable to chew food.
