I am having runny nose not having any headache or any other pain. Water is running out from my nose from yesterday.. Please prescribe me medicine that is having no side effects.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Please go for lab tests of ct, bt, hb, cbc and then should be decided extraction of teeth by dentist.

do one thing whenever u feel urself hungry try to take coconut water/roasted gram/poha/cucumber/fruit juices. during hunger avoid taking biscuits,coffee,choclates,junk food etc. u can take fenugreek seeds soaked in morning[1 teaspoonful] take jeera powder. do exercises. try to sit on the floor[avoid sitting on chair] use 2 teaspoonful karela juice daily. consult from dietician also.

Any work out or exercise should be done in moderation in initial period especially if its in summer. Do start with 10 minutes. For 3 days. Increase 5 minutes every 3 days until you reach 45 minutes per day. Do not stress your self too much. Initially there will be pain in body but gradually it will go. Later on you will start feeling fresh after work out. Do not stop workingout. Drink lot of water and juices during work out. Always eat healthy food.

ur tsh is way out of control,probably u r not taking medicines correctly.. thyroxine has to be taken empty stomach in the morning & atleast a gap of 1 hr is required from the meal....provide ur latest complete t3 t4 tsh report

Mr. Lybrate-user, peanut chutney may not increase the blood sugar to that level. It is the other items that are taken during breakfast which are responsible. Peanuts give protein and fat, no sugar. You have to look at your diet in total and exercise done daily which should help in controlling blood sugar better.

i am 25Years Old And My weight is right now 56kg. After taking 2years continuously migraine's medicine. My doctor gave me some injection for every month that makes my body got swallow and I gained weight 48 to 56. And still increasing very fastly. And my periods also not regular its always for only one day in a month. Just for one day. I checked up my thyroid also but there's no thyroid. Am really going through high stress even I can't sleep till 1.2A. M at night. What to do please doctor suggests some medicine to reduce my fat and weight. Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.
