Being non-romantic is personality and being busy in work is situational. But taking medicine for sexual performance implies that you don't feel like having sex. Is that the issue? libido is a person's sex drive. Whether you are a man or a woman, you may be interested in learning both short and long-term methods to increase and enhance the interest and pleasure you and your partner take in sex. Have a positive mental attitude and keep your stress level low. If you feel good and self confident you may feel more sexual and attractive to your partner. Prolonged stress can lead to a diminished interest in sex. For people who work stressful jobs, or those with a long commute (we all know how stressful traffic can be), a pinched sex drive is often the result. Men and women react differently to stressful situations. For men, sex is often a release of stressful energy; for women, stress makes sex anathema or beside the point. Understand the different reactions between the sexes and talk with your partner about engineering the right, non-stressful time for sex. Consider, but do not overly rely on, special foods and supplements that claim to increase your libido. Natural supplements can help increase blood flow and sometimes help fight vaginal dryness. Some natural supplements that may increase libido include: vitamin e, zinc, vitamin c, arginine, vitamin a, vitamin c, octacosanol, beta-carotene, vitamin b6, and vitamin b complex. These nutrients may help to boost sperm count, improve sperm motility, enhance prostate gland function, increase testosterone production and create a healthier nervous system. Some foods that may increase libido include: celery, raw oysters, bananas, avocado, nuts, mangoes, peaches, strawberries, eggs, liver, figs, garlic, pumpkin and chocolate. Certain foods and natural supplements such as these may add much needed nutrients and minerals to your diet, but they are unlikely to make a bigger impact on your sex drive and sexual performance as: (1) a healthy, nutritious diet with plenty of lean protein, and a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables (particularly dark green leafy vegetables such as kale or spinach); (2) possibly daily vitamin and nutrient supplements to address any dietary deficiencies; (3) regular exercise (enough to make you sweat) and resistance training; and (4) reaching and maintaining a healthy body fat %. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Consult a psychologist for same.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Memory and mind power depends on three aspects. Understanding, retention and recollection. Recollection is easy if your retention is proper and flawless. Retention is possible when you are able understand what you read or learn. To understand you should have concentration. Concentration comes from effective learning techniques based on creative and active learning. Physical exercise, outdoor games, entertainment, socializing coupled with systematic learning improves your memory and mind power. Brain games like sudoku and jigsaw puzzles helps too. I suggest online education counseling. You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. dose of paracetamol depends on weight of your baby. 10mg per kg per dose and each dose shall be repeated every 6 hourly if fever present

Dear lybrate-user, bilirubin level gives reading for total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin. It is not a drug to have side effect. If you want to know how much your alcohol has spoilt your liver, please give me ggt, sgot and sgpt levels in lft and also mcv in hemogram. Hello dear. I can understand. Your feeling & mood are obvious. But you have to move on. Thats d life. & that person would have never like that you live in depression my advises to you are * take life lightly * main problem is how you are reacting matters & incidence of your life & day to day * you can see half filled glass of water by two way: half is still empty (nagative attitude) or half full (positive) * take balance diet * give time for yoga * constipation should removed * you can take brahmi sankhpuspi etc ayurveda medicine * I recommended strongly, go near by ayurveda centre & take shirodhara & nashya treatment.

Hiii lybrate-user. I think you mentioned sometimes not every time which is very good thing. Try to engage yourself in a fruitful activity which gives you pleasure. Yoga is best remedy for this, even if you feel low eat some sweets. Go for awalk everyday morning as well as evening. Try to be with people around you. I think you need someone who is only yours. Share your things with someone. If not you can maintain a daily diary also.

This problem can be solved by collection of exercises, speech therapy, treatment and home cure 1. Exercises are effective in treatment of physiological causes in general, exercises are meant to provide strength to the organs associated with speech including tongue, lips, jaw, trachea and lungs consult to good speech therapy clinic 2. Deep breathing exercise are very effective 3. Chewing indian gooseberry, almonds, black pepper, cinnamon and dried dates are known to clear speech congestion 4. Hi, stress, anxiety is d out come of irregular life- style, now a days. I have problems of forgetting names of persons. Whenever I am talking with someone or about any topic I lost the words. Couldn't find out the appropriate words. But the word or the name is very easy and known for me. Accepting is the key. Inability to accept and refusal to accept are two different attitudes. You know there is no reversal to this situation. You have to take revenge. Hello, masturbation is a healthy way to release one's sexual tension. Engage in masturbation only & when you are sexually aroused. However, masturbation has no evidence of causing back pains. Maybe your posture or change in routine might be affecting your lower back.

Sir I am suffering from acrophobia. I feel very much anxiety and suffocation during travelling by train or flight even in my room if locked by some one from out side. Hmmm, it happens. But not to worry. You need of exposure therapy. You can do daily practical with your self. Go outside, stay in the lock room only for a second. Slowly increase the period of staying in the room you will show that the ratio of your anxiety will decrease day by day. But before doing the therapy you must need to meet psychiatrist & star the treatment abt acrophobia. And inform to psychiatrist abt the therapy when Dr. Tell then only implement. Best luck.

hi, you may try relaxation technique which in Hindi called pranayam. you just have to inhale stomach Full of air through your nose slowly, pause for two seconds and then exhale fully through your mouth. Again take pause of two seconds before inhaling. Repeat this cycle for four five minutes daily. It will help you to reduce stress.

Hi, Do PC muscle exercises. Flexing and strengthening your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle can help you exert more control over ejaculation. (Note that these are also called Kegel exercises, which you might have heard about women doing. The muscle is the same in both sexes.) Locate your PC muscle. Put one or two fingers right behind your testicles. Pretend that you are urinating, then try to stop the flow with a quick muscle contraction. That muscle you just used to stop the flow from the bladder is your PC muscle. Flex the muscle regularly. Try to do 10 to 20 squeezes in a set, 2 or 3 times a day. Do a set whenever you're bored or stationary—like when you're sitting at your desk or in traffic. No one will be able to see that you're doing them. Squeeze your PC muscle when you feel ejaculation coming on. Once the muscle is strong enough, you should be able to hold it off just like stopping flow when urinating. Explain your difficulties in detail for best solution.
