She ahould take iron tablets twice daily. Also iron rich foods like spinach, dates, apple, jaggery.

This happens to many females. You can take antiemetics. For Both you can drink ORs, electrolytes or lots of liquids.

You need to wait till 10, if you don't get your periods then you need to do a urine pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant or not.
