Hello Lybrate user, you need to follow a diet rich in proteins, carbohydrate, good fat and also need to do some exercises that will increase muscle mass and also help increase weight. I am giving you a sample diet plan try to follow that and if any query can consult me in personal. Early morning- banana + 10 almonds (exercise- running or aerobics for 30 mins) breakfast- milk with sugar + 2 stuff parantha/ plain parantha + vegetable/ 1 cup curd midmeal- banana+ nuts/ fruit smoothie lunch- 1 cup vegetable + 2 chapati+ 1/2 cup curd + salad evening- 1 cup banana shake with nuts + any1 snack like cheese sandwich/vegetable wheat pasta dinner- 1 cup dal+ 2 chapati+ salad post dinner- 1 cup milk with sugar all the best!

Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins, carbohydrates and good fat like- almonds, walnuts, chicken, eggs, fish, soybean, vegetables, pulses, potato, sweet potato, milk, soy milk, paneer, tofu etc. Along with this you also need to do some exercise to build up your muscle mass. But you would be needing a planned diet with required amount of calories and proteins that your body needs. A planned calorie and protein amount diet will help you increase your muscle ass and also help gain weight. Below is a sample diet chart that you can take it as an example and follow- early morning- banana + 10 almonds then exercise with weight lifting breakfast- 8-10 eggs + 1 cup milk + 1 fruit midmeal- nuts/ bhuna chana/ lassi/ fruit lunch- 2 cups dal + 1 cup protein rich veg + 3 chapatti + 1 cup curd+salad evening- milk + soy chaap/ chicken dinner- 1 cup vegetable +2-3 chapatti + salad to start with this amount of quantity you need to increase the amount of food slowly and not immediately as you will not be able digest this much amount of food at the start, so incorporate foods slowly to increase your food intake. Hello Lybrate user, you also need to modify your diet to reduce your weight. Avoid junk and fried foods. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet and to digest that, also increase the amount of water and keep yourself hydrated all day will help remove all toxins and will remove excess of fat as well from your body. Also along with this avoid intake of salt after 7 pm and have salad and before you go to sleep have 1 glass hot milk without sugar. Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to reduce your weight through diet and not through medicines as weight loss supplements will give you results initially but it has side effects in the long run and you may end up with weight gain once you leave these medicines. So I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in fibre will help you in weight loss plus help in controlling your blood pressure. With this avoid all junk foods, fried, saturated foods and also limit the intake of ghee and salt, this will work best for acidity as well. Along with this avoid salt at night after 7 pm and also avoid raw foods like fruits and salads to overcome acidity. You can go for hot milk without sugar at night before you go to sleep which will help you increase your metabolism and will help in weight loss. Also limit the intake of caffeine to once a day (tea/coffee), you should avoid coffee whenever your blood pressure is high. Along with this go for proteins (1gm per kg body weight) and avoid processed foods and junk food and fried foods. Also limit the intake of salt in your diet. Avoid salad dressings, pickles, sauces. Hello Lybrate user, you should aim on Snacking on dried fruits like figs, apricots, and dates. Swap sugary baked desserts for fresh fruit -- raw strawberries rather than strawberry pie. Not to Eat: Foods with little fiber can cause or make constipation (and therefore hemorrhoids) worse, so it's best to limit how much you eat of them. White bread Milk, cheese, and other dairy Meat Processed foods such as frozen meals and fast food Some of these (red meat, processed meat like hot dogs, and refined carbs) as well as fried foods can also cause inflammation in your body, which may make hemorrhoids worse. If your hemorrhoids itch or hurt, cut down on things that can irritate your gut, including: Alcohol Caffeine Spicy foods Citrus fruits Watch the amount of salt you eat. It can worsen your hemorrhoids. You should aim for 25-30 grams or more of fiber every day from what you eat. Too much fiber too fast can cause gas and bloating, so add a little bit to your diet at a time if you're not used to it. You'll also need to drink more fluids to help your body use that fiber: 8-10 large glasses of water every day. For fatty liver go for foods rich in lean proteins like egg whites, roasted chicken or fish and drink lots of liquids that helps you digest fiber and proteins both and also help you overcome piles and fatty liver. For vitamin D deficiency you will be needing supplements as you will not be able to digest vitamin D plus calcium rich foods in your diet with piles. Before recommending you with supplement I would be needing your vitamin D deficiency value and according to your value will suggest you the supplement. Hello, your timings for breakfast should be between 8-9, lunch should be between 1-2 pm, dinner should be between 8- 8: 30 pm and supper timings should be 4: 30-5 pm. I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins plus carbs and good fat and would need the right amount of calories to gain weight in a healthy way. Hello sir, I would advice you to follow a balanced diet and try to have dinner light and early at 7 and after that around 9: 30 you can have a glass of milk without sugar. Hello maam, these can be the side effects of the weight loss supplements you are having due to which there is hormonal imbalance or can be the case of PCOD. Please give me the details of the supplements you are consuming and you just need to follow a balanced weight loss diet for at least 60-90 days. Hello sir, I would suggest you to focus on consuming high protein diet through food rather going for supplements which will help you increase your muscle mass. With whey proteins you also need to follow a diet rich in proteins as one cannot completely depend on wheys. So you need a customized diet chart that you need to follow for at least for 5 months as you need weight loss initially and then body buildup. My baby girl is 1 year 3 month old. Her weight is 7.7 kg. She takes very little amount of food. I made delicious items even she does not want to eat much. Hello maam, I would suggest you to make your child eat food every hour or in 30 mins if she eats very small meals. It is very important to fulfill her nutritious needs for better growth. Make her eat at least 1300- 1500 kcal per day as per her growth requirement by completing the required amount of carbs (105-110 gms), proteins (12-14 gms), good fat (30-35 gms), calcium, vitamins A, B,B6, B12,C, D,E, K and minerals, iron, riboflavin etc so that it also helps her gain weight. Also make her do maximum of physical activity the whole day. If you want I can help you initially with a week long diet chart. Please help me with some food list she likes.
